This place is good, good portions, and for the sheer amount of orders they handle, very efficient.
I don’t know what people expect when they leave such poor reviews. As one of the only lunch spots on this side of base it gets super busy, so yes, the wait is long, but for the amount of orders they’re taking it’s reasonable. The food is good. They only have one oven, so you can expect things to take a while when everybody gets their sandwich toasted. Especially when one person starts ordering for a whole office.
As for the comments about rudeness, I haven’t experienced that at all. They don’t have time for chitchat, so they tend to be straight to the point. If you don’t know what you want before ordering, that’s on you.
Yes, you’ll wait, but that’s not their fault. Build in extra time and there’s no problems here.

I ordered a chicken bacon ranch protein bowl with just avocado and tomatoes and the lady taking my order was snappy and had a rude tone when I said I didn’t didnt want greens (if I wanted greens I’d get a salad….)and then she asked what sauce I wanted and I said ranch. The dressing was left off completely. I’m so glad I asked for avocado or it would have been too dry. It was a really long wait even with only one person in front of me. It just wasn’t worth the money. If you have the time go elsewhere.

The food was fine but the lady inside was honestly rude and she was on her phone as we were talking to her scrolling through instagram and she was on the phone with somebody. We thought we put the order wrong incorrectly cause we asked for no mayo but online was difficult so i went back in and told her we wanted no mayo and the fact she say on her phone scrolling and talking on her phone with somebody is so disrespectful and she shouldn’t be working if she cant do her job respectfully.

The older caucasian woman with the short cut blonde hair was so rude to me for no reason at all. I asked for a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and she proceeded to put the wrong meat on my sandwich, when I said that is not the meat I wanted she threw it back into its original container and sighed heavily as if I was in the wrong. I then asked for my sandwich to be double toasted and she didn’t double toast it and I’m standing right there watching her. She then opened the employee’s only door to let a delivery man in, while she’s making my sandwich with her gloves on she opens the door and moves the TRASH CAN out of the way, she then comes back and puts her whole hand into the spinach and puts it on my sandwich. I said “you just put your hands all over the trash can and grabbed a hand full of spinach and it on my sandwich” she gave me a dirty look and changed her gloves after the fact. She was extremely rude. Who knows what this lady does when nobody is watching because this is what she does when people are right in front of her face. And they let this lady work on a military installation??? Crazy.

Went through the drive thru. Got the complete wrong sandwich. So I went back. My fault I should have checked before driving off but it was wrong AGAIN. Waste of 40 minutes. No time to go back again. Order total $15.

This has got to be the slowest subway in America. Lady working the window 7/25 2pm should read a book on teamwork. You really think people have 30 minutes to sit at your window and watch you wander around aimlessly? You should just clock out and go home honestly.

It’s absolutely awful, the Woman working on 6/10/21 at 11:30 doing the intercoms and frequently does it, is insanely rude to customers, won’t let you finish your order before telling you to drive around. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes in the car line or 20 minutes inside. I’ve payed extra for things I don’t receive. This subway will be rude to you then steal your money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

Absolutely terrible, if it’s not one thing it’s another. Today I received my order and even asked if all the contents were on the bag twice and once I open the bag there is a missing part of my order. Everytime I have gone it’s either attitude or my order is wrong some how.

Horrible, I would rather drive 30 minutes out to destin/FWB than use this place.
Messed up all my orders, takes forever (40+ minutes for a 5-10 minute order) and the staff can’t properly work the equipment there and had to charge my card 3 times.
