Just received a footlong and a wrap. Not Happy. Even though food was fresh… ordered extras on both sandwiches were missing. Philly wrap was not toasted. American did not have the yellow peppers. Also I tried to order more meat… Was Un-able to do so. Might also talk to workers about play while customers are present.

So I came in, mind you I was in a great mood. So i started ordering my sandwich and I tried talking to the sandwich maker and she has such a big attitude. No eye contact, only talked to me unless she had questions about the sandwich. I used to work at a subway when I was younger and I never treated anyone like this. She needs to get a serious talking to I believe it was Ryan, Or Rhaya. I felt so disrespected. If you’re gonna go here make sure to ask for the other worker working if there is someone.

We went in to try the nachos the gal made them and we noticed there was no nacho cheese, when we asked about it she said they were out and just used extra cheddar we said wish we would have know that because we wouldn’t have gotten it, also the pizza dippers were so hard you can barely chew

I drive almost 70 miles round trip just to order from your store, and for the second time in a row my sandwiches have been made completely wrong and look like they were thrown together with zero care. I ordered eight sandwiches today, and not a single one was made correctly — they were mangled and messy. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, ordering for my whole family several times a month, but I’m done wasting my time and money. I’ll gladly drive the extra 15 minutes each way to the Ontario location where they actually take pride in their work and treat customers with respect.

This is one of the best subways ive been to in a long time. The workers were really nice, they put up with my friends and I’s antics and were patient and funny and made some really good sandwiches. We’ll definitely be back again

We used the Sub-Way application. We tried the delivery service. It took almost an hour. The orders were hastily fulfilled, they were cold, Nachos slid to one side (and cold) in the tray.. The instructions (Like condiments on the side) were ignored. Terrible location.

I thought about leaving 4 stars but decided on 5. There were 2 workers in tonight and we walked in just a minute after an entire basketball team and waited about 10-15 minutes for them to order which was totally fine. I watched Olivia hustle her way through the orders, and she was quick to jump on my families order. There were 2 people behind me who she acknowledged abour online orders and apologized for our wait. The other worker in was a bit on the irritated and rude side, but 5 stars to Olivia who handled a rush like a true boss. I haven’t eaten at Subway in a long time, their prices are too high. So when I saw a deal on a foot long on the app, I went for it. It was early. My husband and I love the steak, egg and cheese on flat bread, loaded with veggies and Chipotle. The flat bread was like a cracker, not soft like it use to be. There were hardly any ingredients at all on it. My husband and I always got a foot long and split it. I was still hungry and almost didn’t take his half to him. All the ingredients together didn’t even make the thickness a 6″ use to be.
My son ordered a sandwich too. Both of our orders were ready before our pick-up time even thigh they had just opened. The girl was friendly.
