I absolutely LOVE this location! There are so many businesses that have completely lost the meaning of customer experience/customer service… This IS NOT one of them!
I work overnight shifts, nearby this location M-F and before I get to work – I look forward to going to this location and seeing the wonderful, smiling, and energetic manager, Madison.
Madison has gone above and beyond by recognizing who I am, taking the time to talk to me, and always pairing my voice and my order! Thank you for understanding people!

Drake was very helpful with my purchase today. I was purchasing some of the day old bread and I needed to make an item shortly after and he let me know they were still frozen before purchase. He also asked the manager to let me have the fresh loaves in place of because of the timing of my event and I wouldn’t have time to wait for defrost. Thank you again.

This location has gone downhill fast. Forget about any ‘freaky fast’ with this location. Expect an hour +, and that is IF they even do your order. They farm out their delivery to Uber nearly every time. They try to blame staffing, or systems, and their only recourse offering is credit back with no food. After you’ve waited without any communication for an hour and have to call yourself to follow up. It’s really unfortunate as I have been an avid and loyal Jimmy John’s customer for years, however this location is hands down the worst. It didn’t used to be like this. I don’t know what has changed, but it’s unfortunate. There are too many options out there for this type of service.

I always order for delivery from this location. They have never gotten my order incorrect. Today, they did deliver the wrong sandwich, but I contacted them immediately and they resolved it without hesitation and took care of everything. Madison was a rockstar!

Quick Bite Through the drive threw, actually ive never had Jimmy Johns before today. A new item they had caught my eye the FIRE CRACKER WRAP. it was okay wasn’t spicy at all that I can recall like not even zesty….but it had a decent flavor like I said it was my first time here so there was nothing to compare it to.

I accidentally put my delivery order in twice; young man called to confirm my order! Many wouldnt have bothered; spoke to his manager to praise him she caught the mistake as well & credited my card for the mistake! HANDS DOWN; THEY’RE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!
