1st I like to say that my Hotdog place of legend is Dog and Burger but sadly they are not in business. Uncle Al’s been around for a while and truly hit the spot, there hotdogs are delicious and hot, My favorite is the NY Hot, and it didn’t disappoint. Y’all go try for yourselves!

I try to come here at least once a week. The staff is always really nice and can cook some dang good food!! Great daily specials & desserts. I got their BLT for the first time today and it was a 1000/10! Highly recommend their hot smoked sausage as well. This location is the best in VB!

Times have changed, place is rundown. Service definitely good, as the food. However the prices are outrageous. Ordered 2 hot dog meals. $38 something with tip. Charging $1 for chili per hot dog is mind blowing. They lost a customer. No way a hot dog lunch for 2 should cost almost $40. Insane!

Food was excellent and came out quick. Menu provides plenty of options between specialty and custom orders.
The service was top notch and super friendly, we were served by Kayleigh and she was wonderful.
Fun little spot to bring the kids or friends for a good bite, definitely worth it!

I am not sure how or why I am so late with my review. I have been coming here for a few years now. This is a local spot. Love that they recognize the regulars. I get the same thing every-time… footling all beef hotdog with bacon cheese fries. The service is always welcoming. As a local it feels like home. It’s diner style with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

Walked up looking to try Uncle Als for the first time since I was a child. Google states they open up at 11 I showed up at 12. To my surprise they were closed. I looked in to see if anyone was there an employee sitting at the bench started yelling and waving her hands at me through the window in an aggressive manner. I’m highly disappointed and shocked at such behavior. I truly was looking forward to reliving a childhood memory.

Time online says they close at 7 on Saturdays. I pulled up at 5:30 got out and the lady open the door and said they were closed. I said oh you guys run out of something. She said no we’re just closing at 6 today! Even though they still technically were open for 30mins I’m sure one more hot dog wouldn’t have killed them or killed the cleaning of the grill. This location is by far the worst out of the locations. Would not recommend to anyone.

Great hot dogs/combos for a great price. Ordering to go was a breeze & the wait was only 10 minutes. Looking forward to maybe trying a cheesesteak in the future.

food tastes good and atmosphere is nice. but $8 for a pastrami sandwich should be big enough to fill somebody up, this unfortunately didn’t come close. hotdog was pretty damn small too. first time coming to this location but probably will just stick to other uncle als locations.
