They just tried telling me a #12 just the sandwich as is was 15.89. Ive bought theses here several times. They are 12.75. I tried to explain this to him and then they tried to tell me $6 in tax was appropriate the original price 9.79 with tax 12.75. March 7th 11:45am. I tried telling them they made a mistake but they weren’t interested in looking than just yelled from across the room it’s tax. I wont be back.

Walk into a busy, focused, productive store. Get greeted and asked if anything needed. Did an online sandwich order and my work is near by. The cashier asked workers in assemble for my lunch and handed it to me saying thanks. Couldn’t ask much more of them. My first try of the #12 Beach club and it was tasty! Like the cucumber slices. Could have had more guacamole but over all great bite.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Jimmy John’s location. After purchasing a $9 sandwich that wasn’t up to par—literally just two pieces of bread and a small slab of turkey—I politely expressed my dissatisfaction to the staff. Instead of addressing the issue or offering to make things right, the manager told me I should never come back. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and customer care. For a place that prides itself on quality and service, this was a complete letdown. I won’t be returning, and I would recommend finding a different sandwich shop where customer concerns are taken seriously.

This Jimmy Johns can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 2 hours to deliver their food. I have had multiple times where I have ordered this and haven’t been able to eat it because it takes too long to get here or they cancel the order because they don’t have a driver. They have canceled my order before and not told me until I called. They lied to me on the phone telling me that the person for the order said they were coming to pick it up when that was not true. I told them to cancel the order and I never got an apology or a refund for my food.

When you place an online order using the app at 8:40pm knowing that you checked their closing time both here on Google and the Jimmy Johns website only to show up at 8:52pm to a store that has clearly been closed for a while already. All the lights were off, and no employees in sight and a locked door … So no food for me!
