I stopped into Jersey Mike’s on my lunch break today, and Damon helped me. He was extremely kind, patient, and answered all of my questions without hesitation. His smile and his “have a nice day” at the end were genuinely refreshing, especially since my day had already been hectic. Great customer service really makes a difference, and Damon definitely made mine better. Thank you.

The place was packed when I walked in. I was so impressed how fast they were able to work through the line with a staff that seemed untested. My food was even better than I was expecting and the staff was so friendly, professional, and efficient. Definitely one of the best locations in the franchise. 10/10 recommend

They were a little busy but it should not have taken 20 minutes from the time we ordered for a regular size Philly to be ready. They were very disorganized and the Philly was very bland and definitely not worth the wait. My husband’s club sandwich was good but when they were assembling it, they had to be reminded to put the bacon on it. The staff seemed frazzled and not the friendliest.
