I ordered the baked Alfredo and it’s so dry like no sauce at all. It took 20+ mins to get my one item and I’m assuming it was the manager is on the phone( her personal one)and screaming the entire time I was in there waiting leaving 3 other associates to answer the calls man the oven make pizzas and help the other customers that came into the lobby. This dominos has gone down hill over the years!

The pizza is always fresh and hot when we get it delivered, and the workers are friendly when we do carry out. Really great deals all the time on the app, and sometimes in the store. We’re able to get about 3 pizzas and stuffed cheesey bread for under $30.
However, I’m giving 4 stars because every single time I order a buffalo pizza with ranch as the base, I get one of two things: no chicken, no ranch base, and no buffalo sauce. Basically just dough and cheese. Or I end up with no chicken and buffalo sauce. We do get a credit for the next order when we call and let them know, and the employees seem apologetic, but this has happened more than 7 times.
We quit doing delivery when I order that specific pizza, and now strictly do pick up only. Every time we pick up the pizza we check them at the counter, and they have to remake the pizza.
I won’t insult the employees, because I get how stressful and busy food service is as a past food service worker myself. However, I feel they should read the orders better, or double check the order before baking.
With that said, this is a great pizza place especially when you’re on a budget. Use the app and ask for the daily deals if you call. The drivers have always been very friendly, so remember to give them a good tip!

I redeemed points for free bacon jalapeno cheesy bread. There was no bacon, jalapenos, or cheese except for the center two inches. My dogs enjoyed the plain bread at least. Happened at this location before and I also had the best ever cheesy bread here. Extremely inconsistent.

Well my experience at the harrisburg illinois dominos this afternoon will be one I soon wont forget. Upon entry it took atleast 10 or more minutes for someone to wait on us, only too find out our order went out on delivery by mistake so they had to redo the whole order, now instead of wavering the cost of the pizza they charged us & made us wait another 20 minute’s. What really ticked me off someone mouthing off in the area whose kids were watching pizza’s be made & they were standing next too me and this woman yells out basically with no evidence saying I was going to take her children in front of God an everyone… had I not gone ahead an paid and it been an absolute madhouse in there I would have just walked out.. totally uncalled for half the mess that was going on in there

The man misunderstood my order and screamed in my face at first to refuse to remake my order, after I drive back from Eldorado. The people were so rude didn’t care they had me in tears over some dinner I will blast this n never reorder here no matter how much we loved them rude wasn’t even the word to explain I repaid he finally remade them cause they put the wrong cause on my wings.
