Booze Factory is bringing a global fusion of food and cocktails to Memphis, offering dishes and drinks from India, Mexico, Asia, Canada and beyond. A first-of-its-kind “drink around the world” concept is coming to Memphis, blending global fusion with craft cocktails and international cuisine. While American cocktails will be available, the bar will spotlight drinks from India, Asia, Mexico and Canada, along with whiskey and other global spirits. The food menu will follow suit, offering internationally inspired cuisine grouped by region—such as Mexican, Italian, Americano, Middle Eatz and Wok This Way Asian. Each dish will be paired with a recommended cocktail.

Booze Factory – Memphis is a great spot if you enjoy bold flavors and creative fusion food. Their Jaljira Mojito and Aam Panna Mojito are absolute standouts—refreshing, perfectly balanced, and a unique twist you don’t find everywhere.
The food matches the drinks in quality. The Gobi Manchurian is delicious, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. Overall, the menu offers a nice mix of Indian-inspired fusion dishes that pair really well with their drinks.

Sandy was the best bartender ever! He had great customer service and also kept us entertained the whole night. The drinks were delicious and the vibe was nice as well. The only truly authentic Desi (Indian) style bar around! We ordered several dishes and they were all delicious and fresh. The cocktails were unique and refreshing with that Desi twist we were looking for! My favorites of the night were the Tamarind whiskey sour and the Chicken Malai! So exited for the Germantown/Collierville area to have this new option! Very child friendly as well

10/10 experience. From the moment we walked in the server did a great job making sure we were comfortable. She explained the menu to us and provided info on popular items and even her favorites. Food and drinks came fast and all was amazing. The owner came out to check on us and ensure everything was going smooth and even provided us with drinks on the house. Everyone was extremely hospitable even people coming in and out in passing. The music was great (couldn’t understand the language but was still a great vibe). Easily one of the best experiences we’ve had and will definitely become a regular here. The deserve all the praise.

This place is absolute gem! Came across Booze Factory as my partner and I were looking for a place to grab a cocktail in the atea after 8 PM.
Sandy behind the bar is best in class! I ordered two drinks from their cocktail menu – a chai masala gin cocktail and another gin cocktail, both taking strong flavor cues from Indian favorites. They have more mainstream cocktails as well but try ANYTHING on the “Indian Cocktails” list and you’ll be glad you did! Unique and perfectly balanced.
The food was also delicious – we had paneer tikka masala pizza and papad masala, a popular Indian bar snack. Our server took care to ask about spice levels and adjust accordingly.
On the way out, discovered they have hookah available on the patio.
If we weren’t traveling through, we’d come back every week for the festive and familial atmosphere.
