I have been sick for a while and tonight was my first real meal in a week and it was excellent. The mash is to die for and the steak was perfect. The server/bartender was excellent when we visited in March and did not disappoint tonight.

The restaurant has astonishing beautiful views. It’s small with a few tables and a limited menu. However, everything we tried (appetizers and the main courses) were amazing. It was the first time I tried elk meat and it was good. The service however could be improved. When I visit Breckenridge again this will be at the top of my list of places to dine at.

We started coming here when we moved here to check out the sunset to fall colors and grab some snacks at the bar. (Such a great experience for visitors)
We had friends come and do dinner. Their executive Chef Michael came out and greeted us! our guests loved meeting the chef and They said it was their favorite of all the places we went(for food and atmosphere)! They had the french dip and loved it. Everything we have ordered here has been really good. We came on a Wednesday once for the burger and beer and i think it’s Possibly the best burger in breckenridge. The Brussel sprouts are how you imagine perfectly roasted Brussel sprouts should be. (And it’s a giant bowl)
Last night we did dinner (we always try and make sure Michael is working when we go, just adds to the great experience) and tried the oyster Rockefeller and I had the salmon. (I grew up in a fishing town). The oysters and salmon were cooked perfectly. (At elevation! I was wondering how it would turn out) . The salmon is perfect. The Jamaican sauce on the salmon rich with flavor and complimented the salmon perfectly, the texture was crispy on the outside and soft and flaky in the middle. The oysters Rockefeller were a yummy appetizer, not over baked and still tender. So exciting to have another great chef in town!

We truly had the most amazing experience here. We came here for our engagement dinner and everything exceeded our expectations. Our waitress was amazing and took photos for us. The food was excellent. The views are incredible, it is so welcoming here, elk tacos were fantastic! I could go on and on. I hope we will be lucky enough to make it back.

Still dreaming about the elk tacos months later, so good. All the food we ordered was amazing the steak and fries, the charcuterie board with an option to make it gluten free, just to name a few. Our server was amazing I can’t remember his name just that I over heard he was from San Diego. We went early and got an awesome window table over looking aspen ally, can’t wait to go back again.

Incredible views if you’re there while the sun is still up. Good quality meat options on the menu. We had multiple elk, filet, and a ribeye dish that were all spectacular and cooked to our liking! Will definitely be back!

gorgeous views definitely recommend coming closer to closing time so you can enjoy a lighter atmosphere, steak was tender and fries were very crispy, trout was light and flaky and the elk tenderloin was insanely good the sauces that were paired with each meat complement the flavours excellently, excited to return!

Stayed at the lodge one night and decided to try out the restaurant on site since it was the easiest option for food. They only had one server working but he absolutely killed it. All his recommendations were great, the food was delivered quickly and tasted great. I had the Elk Tenderloin, it was amazing! The 8oz filet was cooked perfectly and tasted amazing. The Kung Pow Brussel sprouts were a table favorite and were devoured within minutes of arriving at our table. Definitely a great choice for a date night, make sure to request a table by the windows so you can enjoy the fantastic views. I would definitely eat here again.
