The food is authentic and delicious, the only small complaint is too little vermicelli and veggie. I would prefer a decent amount of vermicelli then it will be perfect. Service at atmosphere is really nice.

The vibes were nice in the early evening when we came, very relaxed and clean. The food was super tasty and I really liked the Thai tea here. Our server was also super funny

Ordered some takeout from Mint Kitchen and Bar off of Park Ave in Worcester because I needed something to warm me up. I stopped in to pick it up & had a nice conversation with one of the owners—had to ask when they’ll be doing brunch again! I came home with pan-fried dumplings & pho tái bò viên. Everything traveled really well, which I always appreciate with takeout. It was my first time trying both dishes from here, & I was not disappointed at all. I definitely need to keep this place in mind & visit more often. Great food & great people. Go check them out for yourselves!

The servers are absolutely amazing. Aisha and Danielle are attentive and efficient. If you have something to say they will make sure you get heard. Even if they are busy they will get to you within a timely manner. The people behind the bar are engaging and the drinks are fantastic. Their desserts are absolutely spectacular, I have never tasted anything like it before. Trivia is also so cool, it’s new and interactive, something so fun to do while I’m eating my delicious food.

Opens until midnight, has a bar and karaoke stage. Cozy, but loud. Alcohol seems to make everyone believe they can sing, so if you can suffer in the fun, it’s not bad. Food was good, we had Pho, wings and spring rolls. Good place for late night meal. While it can’t match the potato soup spots in Seoul or the rice soup shops in Bangkok for very late night meals, it works for New England. Recommend.

First time at Mint, second time in Worcester, MA. My friend and I came to grab food after a long day of adventures and it did not dissappoint. We got the spring rolls and Beef Pho. I ordered extra steamed veggies on the side. I will be back again if ever in the area!

I’m kind of ambivalent about this review because the food is honestly quite good. I’ve been here several times and have really never been disappointed food-wise. Despite the general vibe and atmosphere clearly catering to a mostly non-Asian crowd (big bar in the center, trivia on Thursday nights, just generally not looking even remotely like an Asian restaurant lol, etc) the food is actually surprisingly quite authentic. Spice levels are also not at all toned down, which is also a pleasant surprise.
My main gripe is the incredibly inefficient server we got the last time we were there. I understand that the restaurant was semi-busy, but we waited tremendously long to get water, order food, and get our checks (~10 min each). She spilled some soup on our table while bringing out the entrees and took literally 15 minutes to bring napkins. Empty entree plates sat on our table while she just dropped off dessert and left without clearing anything. She was very pleasant but the service was just incredibly lacking, to the point where I’m a little hesitant to return, especially since Worcester is absolutely not lacking in solid Vietnamese food. I would also add though, that all of the other times I’ve been here the service has been fine.

Came to Mint for brunch with a few friends to try out their new Sunday brunch. We each got a different item and everyone was pleased with their food and drinks. The owner graciously accommodated one of my friends who has gluten and egg allergies- she had chicken pho, from the regular menu. I had the kaya French toast which is made with their own house milk bread. It was topped with their housemade shaved salted egg yolks which was a nice balance of sweet and salty. Other dishes our party had were the bo ne, pandan waffles and cauliflower bao buns.
The Build Your Own Mimosa was fun. Loved how you can adjust the level of spiciness (1-4) of the Spice It Right cocktail, which was refreshing with just a hint of sweetness. The servers were friendly and efficient. I’ve never seen brunch served at Vietnamese restaurants around here and I highly recommend it.

Delicious spot — stopped here on a road trip, dined at the bar and had a couple banh mi. Was delicious but totally lacking in spice, so we asked for hot sauce. Dear Reader: We were treated to the most incredible house-made chili oil, which instantly transformed these sandwiches into top-notch fare that rivaled some of the best Vietnamese food we’ve had in our home city (NYC).
To top it off, we were treated to some complementary house-made ice cream at the end of our meal. To die for! Absolutely recommend this place.
If you have a chance to stop in here, do it!
