This is our first time here and I have to say it was an awesome experience. Very friendly and professional. Prices are definitely competitive compared to subway or firehouse and that goes for taste as well. You can taste the love in the food as far as the quality and how it was prepared. Sandwich was huge and loaded with everything. Every bite has an amazing taste. Highly recommend

The manager Ryan was unprofessional and rude. He had to be reminded to do parts of the order by the customer, all while having a nasty attitude. One of the other employees yelled a curse word right next to the customer while banging pans out of frustration. I don’t recommend eating here, it’s an unpleasant and unprofessional experience.

I apologize for mine and the doctors part in the confusion of the sandwich platter that I ordered. The doctor and nurses appreciated the amazing food and were grateful for the timely manner that it was delivered. Jimmy Johns is my back up for showing the cancer medical field my appreciation for taking care of my family.

Tried the Hutchinson, KS location twice and it was terrible both times. Sandwiches were messy, sloppy, all cut different sizes even though they were all supposed to be the same sandwich. The restaurant appeared messy from the drive through window. Over all disappointed. Definitely not up to the Jimmy Johns Standards as other locations make their sandwiches very neatly and uniform. Will not be going back to this location on 30th St and do not recommend.

This used to be my favorite place for sandwiches. I loved that they delivered! I recently found out they third party deliver after a certain time so after that time they no longer accept cash. I’m sorry, I feel like Jimmy johns being sandwich deliver dine in and take out is kind of the entire business model and to allow third party’s like Uber eats to deliver for them is a little irresponsible on their part. As an avid consumer who enjoyed getting deliveries from people who actually worked at Jimmy johns I’m beyond disappointed that they let this job go to a third party.

If I could rate it a zero I would but I cannot so instead I’ll leave the most disappointed review I’ve ever left in my life. I have tried many different sandwich places and I can say the service at a subway in the worst parts of a city are better than the workers at this jimmy johns. We were starving after putting in hours of practice and work and where only a measly group of 28. Half of which didn’t even go to that jimmy johns. Less than 14 people actually even entered the establishment. They absolutely refused to serve us just because we were a group meanwhile the businesses everywhere else were happy to serve and give us the upmost support and customer service. Shame on you jimmy John’s you lost the loyal customers of the cardinal country.
