Manager is extremely rude. Maybe that’s why this place is empty most of the time. The food is not bad and the employees are cool but the older Hispanic lady who is the manager has anger issues. I had a misunderstanding about a sandwich in regards to add ons and the manager went out of her way to make a big deal About it and reprimand the employee for letting me substitute the type of meat in one of the sandwiches. She said she would let it slide this time but they still messed up the order and she got visibly angry when I reminded her it wasn’t being made how I requested with a couple ingredients.
They also nickel and dime u for everything and charge u extra for every ingredient and barely put any of each addition on the sandwiches. They get away with this because there is not much else around in terms of fast casual. I was okay with this but the disrespect and rude service is not ok. Basically a scam Never coming back and reporting this to the owner. Extremely petty and rude.

Wonderful lovely people, and the yummiest food EVER. I tried some of their pasta salad and coffee, all of them absolutely amazing. Btw I love the Italian atmosphere they created with all of their lovely trinkets and details! Delicious, lovely, would so recommend for a nice quick Italian experience 🙂

Stop by for a quick bite to eat. Pickup the Panino Al Pollo and freshly made lemonade. Everything was made to perfection. The staff is friendly. The dinning area inside and out full off smiling faces. This sandwich shop is clean. The menu was easy to read.

Great staff, excellent sandwiches, and a solid menu. The chef deserves five stars. Unfortunately, there is a serious issue with cross-contamination. This falls on management for not enforcing health and safety rules. Using a dirty rag, then handling fresh bread without changing GLOVES, is a major violation. Proper food safety training needs to be reinforced more often if they can’t get it right!!

There is no other sandwich like the figs and pigs. It makes your mouth extra glad to be workin’ and alive!!
Not only is their food good, they have delicious baked goods and italian sodas.
It does take a little wait for the food but definitely worth it!
They share bathrooms with the fancy italian place next door.
I highly recommend this place and always take my friends here when I’m at the Americana or in Glendale.

This is the best Italian Cafe in Los Angeles.
The cafe is fabulous with modern style, super clean, has all the delicious and healthy food and desserts ever, besides a variety of Italian biscotties, pasta, sauce, olives, olive oils, jam, coffee, chocolates, cookies and honey jars to buy and all with affordable prices. Today Kayly D, took my order and she is super friendly, professional and very much helpful in answering my questions, Big thanks to Kayly D, you are truly amazing and dedicated to your work, So many thanks to all the staff here who make this place feels like a second home and definitely an outstanding cafe in Americana the Brand at Glandale.

There was barely anyone in the restaurant. I ordered one sandwich and it was at least 25 minutes before I received my order. I’ve never been to a place with counter service and thought, “what is taking so long?” The worker making sandwiches seemed like they were moving in slow motion. The sandwich was small and overpriced for what it was. I was expecting delicious crusty Italian bread, but the bread was soft, more like a bun, and not very good.

Sandwiches are made fresh, so it takes a little bit of time but it’s not too bad. Had the prosciutto e mozzarella, it was pretty good and worth trying, but not something I would go out of my way to have.
