Food was pretty good. Nothing great. But not bad. The snack box with 3 tenders, fries, toast, and a drink for under $9 is hard to beat anymore. I’d come back again.

The night shift is terrible. Some young kids they don’t care about nobody’s food and just rushing to get it out. they suck they’re terrible and they did not get my order right they missed three tenders and didn’t sauce them at all fries was old and soggy also bread I do not recommend this place

So I am editing my review because I went in again and a former employee recognized me from about a year ago. We had a great conversation while I waited for my food. It did take some time for them to serve me however their drive-thru was wrapped. So completely understandable. This time the service was all around friendly including expo. My food was fresh as always and the Freestyle machine seems to be working fine; finally. If I had to choose between Raisin Canes and Zaxby’s I’d choose Zaxby’s everyday! The store was clean as usual and I virtually had no issues on this visit. Recommend 10 out of 10.

I only had a couple issues. The seasoning on the fries was incredibly over seasoned. It’s a good fry seasoning but just needs a lighter hand. And even though I ordered the chicken tenders dinner with the coleslaw, they didn’t give me a plastic fork to eat it with. I guess I’m supposed to scoop the coleslaw up with my fingers lol I don’t know. Luckily I decided to eat some of my meal in their parking lot so I was able to run in and get a fork from a confused looking employee. This kinda makes the drivethru pointless if I have to go in though right?
