Customer service is poor, food is terrible. Ordered bao buns, they were deep fried and tasted like I was chewing cardboard. Hardly any sauce with them and no Asian slaw as advertised.

I have had 3/4 meals takeaway and not fully enjoyed any. Chips are thin cut which I don’t like with curry. Rice is short grain and more like sushi rice. Sping rolls are more like rice stuffed and little or no vegetables. Overall the quality is good but not the style I like.

Jerk dry chicken skewers, consisting of folded flaps of meat, and then wadges of rice (like actual balls when trying to lift with a fork), spring rolls not good …. I’d try again in 6 months when teething probs are hopefully overcome but our order Is mostly going in the bin. A shame, cos we were really rooting for a decent Chinese close to home. Fingers crossed for our next order – the flavours are good for the sauces but quality needs addressed. Will try again in a few weeks, hopefully they’ll have found their niche and be able to show what they can really do without the pressure of being newly opened

Food ordered at 17:03, supposed to be delivered at 17:55. Arrived at 18:45. Restaurant wouldn’t accept calls. Rice was like uncle bens microwave rice and chicken was chewy, very disappointed.

The food took an extra 40 minutes to be delivered. We had ordered at 5.30 expecting it for 6.30. We live directly up the road, it is a 5 minute drive. It shouldn’t have taken that long. The food arrived luke-warm. The chips stale, noodles bland and the rice stuck together. While enquiring how long it would take and calling on multiple occasions, the person on the other end of the phone didn’t sound like she cared enough about it. Honestly the worst food we’ve received from a chinese. We will never be ordering from here again.

We ordered food from here while we were on holiday … waited an hour and the food was 5 outta 10 . The chips were a big fat 0 . They were fit only for the bin!! Stay away!!

They forgot my main dish, said driver was too busy to retrieve it and I could go and collect it whilst the rest of the meal got cold. Refused refund said they were unable, only gave two stars because my girlfriend enjoyed hers at least.

Dreadful I never had a Chinese curry with lumps of potato in it to bulk it up and the boiled rice was so lumpy it was stuck like glue simply inedible. I will never be back absolute rubbish

Absolutely disgraceful. I ordered a veggie chow mein as I’m a vegetarian, got to the bottom of the tub and found a bit of chicken in it!!! This is shocking, real lack of care and attention to detail by the chef, photos attached. We also waited an hour for our food on a Tuesday evening, collected by ourselves, my husband was told 20 minutes and he had to sit and wait.

Ordered chicken fried rice with satay sauce and a portion of chips. Food portion was really good and the fried rice tasted freshly cooked and arrived hot. The chips were also nice and crispy.
