2nd time in a week that the meals delivered were at room temp for who knows how long.
There are guidelines for safe food storage for a reason. The bag they use is useless and the ice packs have both times have been completely melted.
I’m a new customer and this is unacceptable. Will be canceling as soon as they open for the day.
Edit: The company failed to return my call when they opened… I then called and was able to speak to an agent who stated they would refund the charges. So at least their customer service is on point, which is why I increased their service to an average 3 stars.

I never went to a store as I use the delivery service. I was only disappointed once in the year I’ve been ordering meals. They forgot to bring my order, so they brought my order to my job so I wouldn’t be without lunch! Talk about service! My husband and I love the meals. Cooking for 2 people is sometimes difficult so having healthy choices delivered has been a game changer. I have even ordered extra meals so I don’t have to cook on the weekends either. You won’t be disappointed if you like to eat healthy. If you eat only junk food this might be a jump on your system because there are lots of vegetables. All yummy !! I am not a paid reviewer, just want people to know that I love not having to create a menu anymore!!
