The food was absolutely fantastic it was like eating at a Pizza Hut from back in the 80s the pizza is better than it’s been in forever. However this location service sucks. They do not use ice and they do not have a fountain machine you have to buy 20 oz or 2 L and if you want to refill you have to buy a second one. No specials unless you order carryout and sit there and eat.

Went to Sunday Buffet. Fresh, well stocked. Only 3 employees were working but all 3 did an amazing job of taking care of customers and refilling the buffet . Pizza was hot and nice variety. Wonderful meal after Church!

I placed a DoorDash order and never received part of my order. When I tried to call all I got was the call center and never got to reach them.. terrible. What happened to just being able to call the store itself?

Came in to order dinner as we were on a road trip. Ordered our food, Medium supreme with hand tossed crust. They had no fountain drinks, so n refills, they changed for water.. the crust was not buttered, the pizza had 3 topping on it and almost no cheese.. we ordered wings and they made them and they didn’t brine them out with our order, I had to go ask what happened to my wings order, by the time we got them they were cold.. to ad insult to injury, they changed me almost 50 dollars.. won’t eat there again .. terrible food terrible service, terrible experience… I will not recommend this place.. Find a Texas Roadhouse and eat good for the same price!

I ordered wings from here spent $20 and had it delivered, it took almost 2 hours total to get to me , when I received it the to go boxes of wings were smashed there was sauce everywhere but the wings. I called to let them know & they told me it was out of their hands once doordash picked it up (I ordered directly thru the store not DoorDash an employee with a company shirt and company pizza box delivered) I told her that and she still insisted she can’t do anything.

I placed an online order and mistakenly selected 7:45 PM instead of 6:45 PM for pickup. I attempted to call the store multiple times over the course of an hour to correct the order time, but was only able to reach a call center and never the store directly. As a result, we waited until 7:45 PM to pick up the order.
When we arrived, there were several customers waiting and only two staff members present, both of whom were on personal phone calls and did not acknowledge us or the other guests. This lack of attentiveness and professionalism was disappointing.
While the pizza and breadsticks were served hot, the quality of the pizza did not meet expectations, especially considering we spent over $50 on a large pizza and cheesy bread. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing, and I do not plan to return to this location.

Went in for a late night pizza Sunday and the customer service was top notch. Even though she was busy cutting pizza and cashiering she went out of the way to make customers feel welcome. Plus was one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time.

Got to have to have this for lunch yesterday while the KMLF was going on, and it was absolutely amazing! Ordered from the salad bar as well as getting a supreme pizza. We didn’t have to tell our waitress that we didn’t want a lot of sauce, it came that way and it couldn’t have been any better! Totally recommend this Pizza Hut!!

Found bones in my pizza. Called them and they basically thought I was lying. They said something along the lines of we use boneless chicken. Swallowed a smaller one I thought was probably a piece of pepper until I found a bigger sharper one when I bit into it. I’ll see if I find anymore and report back

After several failed attempts to find a place open in the area, we finally settled on Pizza Hut, which according to their Google Business profile, is open for dine-in until 11:00 PM. We arrived at 9:00 PM and were immediately greeted — not with a hello, not with a welcome, but with a rude and abrupt, “Do you have a carryout order?” It felt more like we were an inconvenience than paying customers.
When we explained that we planned to dine in, the response floored both my wife and me: “You can do counter service.” If I’m going to sit down and eat in a restaurant with booths and tables, I don’t expect to walk to the counter every time I need something. That’s not what dine-in service is supposed to be — and certainly not what we’ve experienced at Pizza Hut in other parts of the country.
Needless to say, we didn’t stay. We won’t be back.
