Had a wonderful dining experience at KALAVARA by the falls, Niagara. The food was incredibly flavourful and felt very authentic. You can really tell that a lot of care goes into the preparation.
We ordered the Nasrani Sadhya and Nidhi Porotta, and both were outstanding. The sadhya had a great variety and each dish complemented the other beautifully. The porotta was soft, flaky, and perfectly made.
On top of the amazing food, the customer service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit, special thanks to Manjima. Definitely a place we would recommend to anyone craving good Kerala food when visiting Niagara Falls!

We first visited on a Saturday night and were absolutely wowed by the Kizhi Parotta—steaming, spicy, and packed with authentic Kerala taste. The combo meals were generous and delicious, offering great value and variety.
We loved it so much, we went back again today for lunch. The special chicken dish of the day (wish I remembered the name!) was bursting with flavor and truly bang for the buck.
A heartfelt shoutout to the staff, especially Honey and Manjima, who made our experience even better. Manjima deserves special thanks for her outstanding service—friendly, attentive, and full of positive energy.

My 3rd or 4th visit to to this place . I initially heard mixed reviews about this place about their inconsistencies in taste . But all my visits, food has been extremely good .. very authentic .. Especially their wedding combo of ghee rice , beef ribs combo and beef roast combo.. food was really good , neatly presented and totally worth the money .
Chaya was ok, may be not my kind of tea, but gulab jamun was perfect.
Most of the time, we are served by Ayreen. She is very good at her job and handled us pleasantly.. she is good at handling kids as well which is a very good add on for me.
Pros: Good, authentic food , nice ambience , ambient number of tables, good menu and PARKING (a huge plus point )
Cons : Washroom is downstairs, washroom is not heated up and super cold , water int the washroom is cold.
Tables are bit congested .
Over all: my current go to place for kerala food cravings

We had porotta (crispy) beef ,biriyani .
Everything was perfect . We had chicken mandhi too, just enough for one .
Price was reasonable for the portion.

Visited this place for lunch and really satisfied with taste, quality and quantity. Amazing Kerala food and after long time I had good food at Niagara. Good atmosphere, clean and friendly staff. Surely will visit again in future visits. I strongly recommend to visit rejuvenate your tasty buds.

Kalavara had a valentines day special food course and it was well presented with tasty foods.
They had a candlelight dinner special for couples with a free portrait given to couples.
The wine,The dessert and the mutton, fish and beef items served with the course was good but not the chicken though
we also tried their appam and chicken which was a disappointment for us

Food was simply exceptional. Loved every bite of it and so was the service. I tried Paal Kappa with fish curry. It was just delicious. Would recommend this restaurant to everyone that I know. Their seafood specials were also flavourful. Service was timely and very sincere.
