I order fairly often as I work at a near by dealership. I ordered waited an hour for my food to not show call find out Neil too it to a different dealership no biggie they remade it. Mind you I order through the app and it lost the deliver address and the name of the dealership I’m at Neil proceeded to stand on the lobby arguing with me about the address not being printed on the receipt and I needed to correct the address. I explained not only is the address correct but the business name is also listed and the way the computer print the receipt is not my fault he continued to argue with me to the point I had to tell him to stop and have a good day. Absolutely absurd that this driver would throw a fit in a business over his mistake. I wasn’t even upset with the situation but not im frustrated.

Alexandra took our order. She was very annoyed that we did not walk in and immediately drop our order. When we did order she kept cutting us off. She never asked if we wanted anything else, if we were rewards members, nothing. While we where eating, I listened to a young man with short blonde hair and tattoos on his left arm take an order. He was kind and let the three older ladies take all the time they needed. Alex could learn something from him!!

I went to this location to order a sandwich using a gift card and the terminal would not take the card. The manager, without me saying a word, read my facial expression and showed kindness. The staff was sweet to me on a challenging day, and that went a long way in my book. It’s nice to know that there’s a place where customers are seen. ❤️

My meal was fresh, yummy & quickly prepared to meet my order requirements. I will be back!

I have noticed poor food handling and a lack of safety precautions at this location multiple times. Employees do not change their gloves between orders or while typing on the register. They will also clean the line with their hands, grab things off the line ect. while wearing the same pair gloves the entire time. It would be great if owners and management could implement some higher standards for safety and food handling here.

I order from this location quite often and I have always had a great experience from this location. Yesterday there was a mix up and I had to cancel my order and they made it right and were very apologetic towards the situation although I wasn’t worried about it, they were. I just want to thank Dale for taking time out of his day to come to work to make it right and keep me happy. I love the customer service and I truly appreciate Dale and the Jimmy Johns team for taking care of me!!!

I work across the street from this location and I order from there often. Today they accidentally forgot my chips so I called and the owner answered. He was beyond helpful and personally brought me my chips and a complimentary brownie too. The food was delicious and I’m so impressed by how awesome the customer service was by him. I didn’t get his name but it left such a lasting good impression.

Recently ordered a sub and when I opened it up to put mustard on I noticed mold spots had been pinched away? There were discolored rings in the cheese and also the edge of the cheese was dried out. We’ve all left cheese uncovered in our fridge and had this happen, but we throw the cheese out. What’s even worse is that I have to assume this behavior comes from management because the average employee would just toss it, not take the time to pinch away the mold spots. Anyway, disgusting, and I’m not eating at this chain anymore.
