NEVER ordering from here again. I was a big fan. Now, not so much. They tried to charge me $2 to put croutons on the tiny side salad that comes with a dinner. I also ordered a pasta dish with meatballs. If I ordered through slice, it would have been 22.90. Because they didn’t understand i was adding meatballs to a pasta dish, plus the croutons, my total in store was $30. They took a dollar off. I order here frequently but will not be coming back.

Always when I call they rushing your phone order and gets rude with customer. I have been ordering for the past 2 years. When I call for a large Stromboli I always always ask for large because it’s a family that I feed and I get a get small Stromboli and when I call to make my claim they argue and hang up the phone like no customer service at all! I’m very disappointed because there cheesesteak Stromboli is good but there lack of attention to customer is very lousy I can understand people can be very rude but it doesn’t mean that you should deliver the same thing.

I absolutely love prontos pizza. Their prices are reasonable, the food is amazing, and the people that work there are so nice whenever me and my friends come to eat. You don’t have to wait for a table unless they are packed due to how good their food is. When I’m a couple dollars short they spare me. I personally love their wings and pizza. Their fries are amazing, and their Caesar salad is to die for. I really love prontos because of their food, service, and atmosphere. Please keep the good work up!

Prontos never seems to disappoint. Their food is always on point. The delivery is so fast. And today, which made me leave this review, my delivery driver saw I had a heavy package at my door and brought it in for me. I will keep coming back!! Thank you

We couldn’t get in to Blue Monkey and we had a play. Pronto Pizza couldn’t have been more accommodating! We came in with a large group and not only were they have to serve us quickly but the food was outstanding!!

I just had the chicken noodle soup and it was so disappointing There was broth …… but about 3 pieces of chicken, some soggy egg noodles and a few carrot bits. Also had to add salt and pepper. A total waste of money . I think someone else got all the substance in their cup.

I just ordered through the Slice app (which is super convenient using, especially when you pay by credit card), but the onion rings and mozzarella sticks were packaged in styrofoam containers…hot greasy food placed directly into styrofoam = melted away and warped containers, plus food tasting just like the container it’s in. And the sauces in the ramekins: melted, warped lids for the ones in the styrofoam containers, and the ones for the garlic knots back to back wrapped in aluminum foil = containers and aluminum soaked in sauce and quite frankly, a mess that should not have been.. pizza was good, but not enough to justify the rest of the paid food and it’s condition. It had to be said.
