I would like to start of by saying that the hostess is super lovely and attentive.
Additionally, the food itself was flavourful and authentic. The summer rolls were refreshing and crispy.
The pork ribs were FANTASTIC, super flavourful and filling. The Pho was authentic and delicious.
They have a lot to select in terms is drinks but the best ones were the beer cocktail… I would say the Sol drink was unique and tasty.
Overall I would highly recommend this place as they have lots of offer and the flavour profile is on point!

Delicious crackling pork rice! The pork belly was perfectly crispy and flavorful, served with warm rice and fresh vegetables. Great balance of textures and a satisfying meal. Service from Gem and Dat was wonderful. Would definitely come back!

A very enjoyable dinner. Good taste and generous portions. The mocktails are good, we tried 3, the lychee, the mango and the kiwi lemongrass drinks.
We had the Grilled Lamb Rice Vermicelli, Beef Net Rice Vermicelli (beef was cooked to order ) and Vietsoul Pho. Service is good. Highly recommended, one of the best places to dine in Manchester.

We had a fantastic meal here today. The food was great value for money, with authentic Vietnamese flavours that were unique and incredibly delicious. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The service truly stood out as well — excellent, friendly, and very attentive. A wonderful dining experience overall , highly recommend.

Delicious food! We went there on Saturday evening (was so hard to find a place anywhere else but fortunately they accommodated us really quickly) and that was such a good choice. The summer rolls with avocado were amazing !!! So many great flavours. The stir fried vegan pho was so delicious as well and my boyfriend loved his beef pho. Authentic place with amazing flavours (and the mojitos were great too). Thank you !

Really underrated spot and very close to the city centre too with good reviews which made us tempted to try viet soul.
We got greeted by the waitress who was super kind and also the lady who seemed like the owner were very try accommodating – the spot itself seemed to be family owned and we visited on a Friday night which was quite busy.
We opted for the pork belly and summer roll starters, pork belly was decent but the summer roll was quite impressive as it was really hefty and generous with prawn and veggies inside.
For mains we wanted to try a bit of everything so ordered the lamb chops with vermicelli and Vietnamese sausage and salad which was super good, the lamb chops were sooo tender and perfectly seasoned so it was my favourite dish of the evening.
We then ordered the short rib pho which looked like the signature there, the meat was good but could’ve been more tender but the broth and noodles itself were warming and tasty.
Lastly we got the beef steak curry which you could tell was homemade and the steak we a medium rare which I very much enjoyed, the curry was also very rich in carrots and on the thicker side but complemented the rice and steak perfectly.
Overall I would highly recommend viet soul – its price point is a tad higher than the usual Vietnamese spots but viet soul is more central for visitors or just out of convenience.
The quality of food and service definitely matches up the price point. I wish more people visit here as I can imagine it being quite quiet during the weekdays, would definitely come again!

Staff were super friendly and welcoming! Great seat by the window, nice and warm venue.
Food was absolutely delicious! We tripled up on starters, chicken wings, bao and fresh spring raw – all super tasty and fresh!
Then the main event the Pho! I’m keeping calories down pre holiday so it’s perfect! One of the best in Manchester – will be back again!

What a fabulous place!! It was our first visit and we will definitely be returning!
We had spring rolls and dumplings to start. My husband had beef curry and I had chicken sizzler. The food was incredible! So flavoursome! The staff were very friendly and efficient. We cannot wait to return!!!

As someone who loves nothing more than beef pho and came here during Veganuary, the vegan pho, along with other plant based options did not disappoint!! We will be back very soon
