I try calling your location a few times right now. Food was bad I need a refund how can you put hamburger meet on a jalapeño popper and the sushi has nothing but sauce in it. I will save your food and when I get out of the hospital I will go down there for a refund $40 on food to look like that and taste like shit

I ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl off of Uber Eats, and the chicken quality was some of the worst I have ever had in my life. It was like biting through rubber, and it tasted microwaved. Very disappointed. Maybe getting it at the restaurant is better? But never I mean NEVER order the teriyaki chicken bowl on Uber Eats.

This place has gone completely downhill. I ordered pretty much the same thing every time I go there the teriyaki chicken bowl..
I know that they pre-cook a lot of chicken ahead of time.
I could see it on their grill
And it shows that the taste and the quality of the food
Now I in order to teriyaki chicken bowl I get chicken that hard gristly and dry.
The teriyaki sauce used to be much different now all they think they use is some basic jarred teriyaki sauce that they don’t really heat up very well
It doesn’t have the same taste as what they had before
I specifically asked him to give me fresher, chicken because the last couple times I’ve been in it tasted like the chicken has been sitting around for a while.
Stop cooking your chicken so early …make it fresh to order.
I used to love coming here, but it looks like I’m gonna have to find another place

They now have a kiosk at the counter that refuses to place the order and tell you put a tip in.
I’m not tipping if I’m not being waited on.

Been here before and it was nice. This time however I ordered the veggie chow mein for my toddler, nothing on the menu states / shows it would be spicy. When she wasn’t able to eat it, and I could even taste the heat, they kept making excuses and saying it wasn’t spicy and there is no chili in the dish. After a while I brought them the plate and showed them the chili flakes.
Both the cashier and the cook then said “I don’t know how that happened” and finally replaced the dish.
I know mistakes happen, but the arguments and excuses I got, like “it’s just salt” and “she’s just a little kid” were BS.
I may be back, may not, this just pissed me off. I attached a pic of the noodles; take a look for the chili flakes for yourself.

everytime i come here i walk out with so much delicious food that is better then any other asian spot in the city, the service is fast, and the food is always food never miss, if your looking for someone to eat for under $15 this is the best spot in the city for the most food

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, but can’t. I ordered the Orange Chicken, my mom ordered the Salmon Teriyaki and we got a Tempura California roll to share. We called and placed the order over the phone and were told it would be ready in 30-40 minutes, so be prepared to wait. The portions are big, they give you a lot of rice. The Orange Chicken had a nice flavor, but it really was just okay. I was looking for the chicken to stand out from all the rest, but if I said it was comparable to Panda Express I wouldn’t be lying. My mom’s Salmon Teriyaki was blah. The whole bowl didn’t have enough flavor or sauce, and the funny thing is she used a left over packet of teriyaki sauce from Panda Express on her salmon. The broccoli wasn’t cooked enough in both of our bowls. I wouldn’t order the sushi again. It had a weird flavor, and I’m not really a fan of the fake crab, I prefer real crab, but that’s my bad, I should have asked. Unfortunately I won’t be running back anytime soon. After reading all the great reviews on this place I was excited to try it. I’m just full of rice and disappointment in the end.

wow wow wow. I have ordered a takeout from this place and I was pleasantly surprised with their food. I didn’t have too much expectations before trying out this place. I think this place is underrated. Very quickly so fresh. I tried there fish as well as orange chicken. Everything was perfectly and the food was a very flavorful. I would love to order from this restaurant again in the future. I have tried a few more dishes recently including mongolian beef, kung pao chicken, kung pao beef, seaweed salad.. All were good, except if i had one complaint… it is that their spice level varies A LOT. When i ask for more spice, it isn’t spicy at all but when i don’t it has been spicy as heck. love it but i wish it was more consistent.

I order from this location through DoorDash at least twice a week for over a year and the food has always been perfect. Today, I received small sized portions compared to their big bowls that would leave me leftovers. It’s sad to see I am paying the same price for less food. I’m highly upset if this is a new way of them doing business.
