We decided to get papa john’s tonight and ordered their 6.99 deal for wings and pizza. It was good! Our delivery driver was very nice and respectful to come out into the winter weather and provide good service!

So, this review is long overdue… I want to get straight to the point. Ordered pizzas from a major chain competitor and wow was it bad, but followed it up with an order from Newburgh, IN Papa Johns a couple of weeks after. We were blown away by the contrast in the 2 experiences! Speed, cost, accuracy, food quality, food flavor, and service were all top notch on this visit. Fast forward again a week or so and we decided to see if they could match that experience, and they certainly delivered (pun intended). Just wanted to be sure to share that Papa Johns Newburgh has been delicious and exceeded expectations consistently now for a period of a few months and maybe 4 or 5 orders…thank you for making dinner delicious and an easy decision!

The pizza and breadsticks were awful. There were several large bubbles in both pizzas. The sauce and toppings were not spread to the edges, leaving about 1.5in of “crust”. We will definitely not be eating here again.

We placed an order and received an email confirmation, and the card was charged. Email said pizza would be here 730 at the latest. I waited until 8pm and called. They pulled up everything, and then said “I dont show a delivery”.
They said they refunded it. We’ll see.

Delivered completely wrong order. Told I was going to have to wait another hour for replacement because there’s other people ahead of me waiting.. Who have been waiting a long time.. (apparently longer than the order that I should have already had? ) I then asked for my money to just be refunded and it still has yet to be refunded! And I went and got my kids food elsewhere that night.

I can’t say enough good things a lot this papa johns. My order is always right and usually done early. My food is always hot and delicious. The staff are polite and courteous. The deals are always great. Thanks for the excellent job papa johns! Pics are of the Philly cheese steak pizza and cheese sticks. Yum!

my wings are chicken nuggets and there was just drizzled bq on it not happy with that at all. and the bread stick are sooooo oily. they also gave us one cheese sauce are u guys poor or smth?

The boneless wings were just nasty. Pizza bowls and oreo bites were really good! They always forget the drinks and extra sauces so make sure you check for them!

I have never had a worse experience with papa john’s than this past Saturday.For starters, The pizza took forever. The pizza thing wouldn’t load or they didn’t change it, so i thought it was just broken but no. It was supposed to deliver 9-915. It got to the house at 9:45. Called at 9:30 to the restaurant to ask if it was on the way. The woman on the phone spoke very rudely and said ya it’s coming. Proceeded to not get there for another 15 minutes. We opened the box, the pizza is barely warm Like not even under the heat lamps warm. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that they forgot to cook the pizza but no they let it go cold entirely. And the pizza isn’t even cut all the way through. Congrats you guys earned worst experience at a papa john’s! If there’s a way to get my money back i’d love that, so i can use it at a different restaurant. thanks
