I ordered pizza from here yesterday, and honestly, the experience was amazing!
The service was excellent – the delivery was on time, the staff was friendly, and the packaging was neat and clean.
And when it comes to the taste… it was absolutely delicious!
The pizza was perfectly baked, the toppings were fresh, and the cheesy delight was just on another level. Every bite was full of flavor – not too oily, and the ingredients were just right.
It’s rare to find such a great combination of quality and service.
Definitely recommend it! ✅

Got delivery and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes after being told it would only take 45. Once it got here the $9 salad was smaller than my hand and came with no ranch. Very disappointed.

I like Rosario’s pizza, the only thing is they are very cheap here! We ordered a 20 inch pizza and 2 orders of fries and they barely filled up on the fries, I called and her response was that’s how much fries we give for each order! Ok well you need to do better especially when people are spending money in your establishment!

Ordered pizza and salad at 5:15 and was told it would be delivered at 6:00. Called at 6:30 and was told it would be there in 10 mins. Called again at 6:45 and was told it would be there soon. Both times I called I felt there were dismissive and short. Food was not delivered until 6:55. 1hr 55mins after ordering. Food was not hot, at all, and salad was a small portion and did not have dressing.
Overall a very disappointing experience and will look at other options in the future.

We ordered 2 pizzas for pick-up. The online system worked great, pick-up was easy, the staff was friendly, and the pizza was ready on time. We got them home and everyone loved them! We got the veggie classic and meat mania, both thin crust. Will definitely come back for more!

I think the best part is that the survey I received was emailed before I received my food – because the estimate was so off! I called at 6:08pm and was told one hour. I arrived to pick up at 7:16pm and had to wait 5 mins before someone came to the counter. At 7:21pm, I was told it would be 12-15 minutes longer. I waited, and finally received my sub-par food at 7:54pm – an extra 46 minutes longer than stated and a wait of 33 minutes at the restaurant. The one person working was barely working as he was on his phone the entire time. Alone this is totally unacceptable.
Add to that I requested extra sauce and had almost no sauce (see pic) made the experience worse. Additionally, paying $20 for jumbo wings that were the size of my pinky was pitiful. And a half pepperoni half cheese pizza should be split down the middle. But this Rosati’s decided we needed more pepperoni and that covered more than half even though half of the people eating don’t eat pepperoni.
Also, I submitted a survey and an email and heard absolutely NOTHING. They obviously couldn’t be bothered to deal with customers. Thoroughly awful experience all around. Will never be back and advise others never even try!

We ordered Rosati’s when they first opened and we were not impressed. We decided to give them another chance during their 50% off day since they reopened after getting new ovens and the pizza was delicious! We ordered the Hawaiian and Classic combo and have no complaints. The crust was a little overdone but we love it crispy! The staff was super busy but the pizza was ready on time and the staff was nice. Their slices are also really good! We will be back!

Disappointed overall as our thin crust pizza hardly had any sauce on it. We order from another Rosatis location near home and theirs definitely has the right amount of sauce.
