How unfortunate. I have loved Cold Stone for forever. When I was stationed in Fl, where there is not one, I would always look forward to coming home to NY to have it! I also worked at a Cold Stone in California. I loved working for the company, and I loved being apart of that team. I always spoke highly of Cold Stone. I have door dashed a few times and I usually call and the girls are normally very kind and change the two ice cream flavors for me because DoorDash won’t let you make changes but you can add things. I door dashed tonight since my sister got engaged and we were all celebrating. No one answered tonight so the person doing DoorDash was kind enough to ask for those two changes. It would have been okay and I would have said that’s okay if the girl had said I’m sorry I already made them…but she said “no I can do that for you just give me a minute!”… we were so excited to get our ice creams, but this is the note we found. How unprofessional and unkind. Even if I was upset or frustrated with a customer I would never have done this. Cold Stone, do better.

I’m sorry but based off the first time experience, i had was not so pleasant. I ordered over the phone. They made me prepay before I even got there. The young girls came off as if I came in with an attitude. I was so friendly. They were very rude to me. I’m sure I know why. I guess they don’t see ppl like ME everyday. I’ll never go back there. AndI’ll be sure to warn OTHERS to tread carefully. The ice cream waffle was good tho.

I come in all the time and get quite a bit of dessert and this young lady named Grace is Always super helpful has my order done within under two minutes and she is super kind and I will always only return to this establishment, some of the best customer service have ever experienced in my life. I wish more places had employees like grace.

If you order ahead and don’t pick up at the time they say they’ll get annoyed with you. I placed an order on line it said it would be ready in a few minutes when I came in the owner (I think?)was training someone, I asked about my order he said it would be ready in a minute I saw him give the receipt to another girl so she could start it, I politely told him I had to go and would be back he told me again it would be ready in a few minutes but I had to leave, I came back a couple hours later and I could tell the owner was annoyed with me as soon as I came in he said”I told you it was only going to be a few minutes you couldn’t wait like 5 minutes?” I laughed it off thinking he was joking but he seemed actually mad, mind you this was about 30 minutes before closing so I don’t see why he would be so upset about it , he handed me the order I looked in the bag and asked could I get 3 spoons he said “aren’t there spoons in the bag?” And I said no he looked at his employee as if he thought I was lying the employee just handed me the spoons, the whole situation was weird and uncomfortable I don’t know what his problem was the employee was nice but I didn’t like the managers attitude I couldn’t even enjoy my ice cream a disappointing experience.

To whom this may concern, I just recently wrote on your reviews page, and the only thing I understood was the pre pay over the phone and on the website policy. I feel a little slighted by this message because it was very belittling and very condescending. Don’t act as if you don’t know what I mean by others.It gave off that you were being very belligerent off certain comments I’ve made. At the end of the day you can protect your company, but you were not there in the store and you will not invalidate my feelings on how those girls made me feel that day you weren’t there so you will not tell me how to feel or what I should feel like trust me I have no other complaints. Other man, tell your coworkers and yourself to take an account Other man, tell your coworkers and yourself to take an accountability or Evaluate more. But of course you won’t.I will never come back. Ordered a birthday cake from here. When we went to pick it up, the young girl working was very friendly. We decided to get ice cream and shakes and she was very helpful in helping us make decisions. They also sell chocolate which looked amazing!
