Depending on which location you go to is the quality a lot of times getting the temperatures correct on the coffee is a problem so there’s a very bitter burnt taste most of the time if you get the $6 meal or the fight it was $5 the bread is no bagel whatever you choose is overcooked and the hash browns are undercooked. There’s no happy medium you either get way too much sugar or it tastes like you have none at all in your coffee I blame that on those machines they’re using. I didn’t realize it until one day the machine wasn’t working so they had to use sugar the old-fashioned way and the coffee was actually still too hot but really good without specific addresses I can’t give specific details but I will say between Harwich Dennis and Yarmouth the coffee tends to be too hot

This is my favorite Dunkin to go to in my area, but i can’t keep going back when they mess it up i feel so embarrassed. It makes me feel so horrible, but I can’t eat this. I can’t eat that warm cream cheese already on the bagel. I wanted it on the side. I just wanted to do it myself. Now I have a soggy, bagel and warm cream cheese and it’s gross i just said one everything bagel with two cream cheeses and I was given 2 everything bagels, smothered in cream cheese when originally I ordered the croissant stuffer and I was fine. Just switching it to a bagel, I just don’t know how i’m supposed to keep going back in.I have stuff to do with my day.I need to eat and I can’t eat this.

Nicer looking Dunkin
I usually use the drive thru everyday to get my order and daily fix of dunks and as it is Sunday I ordered my family breakfast 2 bagels w cream cheese and a $6 meal deal. This time the drive thru is wrapped around the whole movie theater and again it’s Sunday I figured ah what the heck I’ll go and pick up my mobile order that I already paid for inside. The girl working on the to go orders straight up ignored me and began taking orders on the front counter I don’t know if that was to detour me. No manager or shift leader or no person in charge. Place behind the counter is trashed I’m actually disgusted and debating on visiting honey Dew instead of sitting back in a drive thru line because apparently what I did get told was I could not pick up my already paid for order inside if I selected drove thru (literally 0 communication)
This won’t be a daily routine for me anymore I rather spend my money where the employees don’t look overwhelmed and looks like they are miserable. This company makes millions of dollars and this is how it is run this is how the consumer gets treated from over worked employees underpaid. Common sense the world is only getting harder to live in if places can’t do simple organizing and communicate why would I waste my hard earned dollar here.

I’ve been here before and had good service but at this location this is not the first time for long wait times in the drive through. There was 5-7 cars in front of me and I understand that they were busy. But I get to the speaker and have to correct my order multiple times. When I get to the window it’s been 15-20 minutes. I believe the man at the window was high or something of the sort because when I said hi he made responded with a grunt. When passing me my change he dropped my cents before I had it in my hand. Then after having had to correct multiple things when ordering it was still wrong. In addition with only seven vehicles and 20 minutes with at least 3 people I could see through the window , I was now late to an appointment. I get we all have bad days but this was ridiculous.

I’ve gone to this Dunkin for over 12 years almost every day. . I order decaf every time. 75% of the time they put regular in it. I have to watch them every time and correct them when they bring it to me. Some get upset at me because of their mistake.

They were super busy Sunday and my order got messed up a few times over. The assistant manager went out of her way to email me and invite me back to re-do my order personally. Not a lot of places do that. Usually they’re really awesome but I’m sure a busy Sunday training new employees is not the easiest thing to do. They never gave me a hard time or anything. I always go to this dunking. I hate to admit it but I go once a day or every other day atheist. So normally they’re on point.
5 stars for always being awesome, especially with Tatianna at the helm. And 5 stars for fixing a mess up. Every restaurant messes up at some point. 1 mess up put of 365 days is a pretty good record if you ask me. Thank you guys for being awesome!

Worker named Lilly provided exceptional service and aptitude while working on my order. Store was busy but she still managed to get my friends and my order out quickly and without issue. got everything I paid for no mistakes. exceptional worker, hope management rewards employees for this.
