Ordered through doordash Saturday night and did not have half of our order. Attempted to contact DoorDash who did not see and issue and attempted to call WingStop and nobody answered the phone to address the issue. We never received our 2 order of fries or 7 crispy tender meal. $56 wasted.

The food here is all very good, my favorite flavor would be the original hot or the Korean sauce. I ordered 75 wings here of various flavors, and it was ready for me at the exact time I ordered it to be. The price is pretty good considering how much wings cost nowadays. I like that with large orders you can mix and match bone in and boneless. The servers are very friendly and attentive to all your questions. I will be back many times!

Had a nice experience and lunch here. Service was friendly and pleasant. Restaurant was clean and inviting. I had bone-in wings w Mango Habañero sauce. The wings were crispy and juicy and the sauce was nicely hot and sweet, just the way I like it. The fries were fresh, hot and well seasoned (too much pepper for my wife’s taste). We both agreed that we liked the quality of the fried but would try to order them unseasoned next time. My wife had the chicken tenders which had a nice light and crispy breading. They were juicy and she really enjoyed them w their house made ranch dressing. Highly recommend, will definitely come back.

The only conclusion I can draw is that the people who work here and the management do not care about how bad this location performs. Once again I ordered from Wingstop thinking they could handle a 24 piece wing and fries without screwing it up. Apparently 24 is way too large a number for them to count. I received an 8 piece and a large fry. Literally two items to put in the bag and they couldn’t get it right. This is at least the third time I’ve had my order screwed up here. It’s a shame because the wings are good but the service is terrible. There is a Quaker Steak and Buffalo Wild Wings right down the street. Save yourself the frustration and go to one of those places. These people don’t care.

Ordered 35 wings and a sanwhich all combos. Waited about 45 minutes to be made. When we got home everything was fresh. Diabetics beware there is sugar in their fry seasoning. Everything tasted good didn’t really have a wow factor. Mom got hawaiian, son got mango habanero, hubby got Korean BBQ, and I got the bbq sandwich. Nothing was dry even the sandwich. The tea dispenser was pretty . Hubby still prefers Asian yummy wings to this place…..

The fries were extremely soggy and were inedible, as if they were put in a fryer with under temperature oil. The bottom of the tray had a pool of grease that can be seen once it solidified.
The wings were so dry like little to no sauce was used on them. The BBQ sauce was thick, like it was very old and had a burnt consistency to it.

My wife ordered 75.00 of wings to be delivered the delivery guy was down the street from our house and never delivered our food. We waited over a hour past the time of delivery. The general manager, Tiffany, was extremely rude and dismissive when my Door Dash order was delivered entirely wrong. She shouted over me, expected me to come to the restaurant and return the food and wait there while they remade it. The. She hung up on me because, “she has a business to run.” Absolutely disgusting customer service. Very disappointing and unprofessional.
