I ordered a pick 2 meat hibachi dinner. Steak and scallops. When I picked up the order the cashier was very unfriendly. I handed her my credit card and she said you dont give it to me. OK? So then tell me where to slide the card. Nope, I found it low on the counter on my own while she watched me search like an idiot. So whatever I can get over that. Rude people are everywhere. But I get home to eat my dinner, and while there is a sufficient amount of steak they literally gave me two little scallops in the entire container of hibachi. Complete rip off and disappointment. I was really looking forward to those scallops ☹️

If I could give this 10 stars I would! My husband and I are regulars here. The food is fresh, delicious, and it’s cheaper than any drive through. It’s also fast as any drive through! My favorites are the spicy tuna poke bowl ( in the picture), shrimp tempura roll, and shrimp hibachi. My husband gets steak and shrimp hibachi, salmon avocado rolls, and spicy tuna rolls. I’ve never had an incorrect order and it’s always done in ten minutes. The staff is always so kind and accommodating.

I did not expect much from a place in Salem, Ohio but this place is GREAT. I had scallops, shrimp and steak. All of them were fresh and cooked to perfection. It was very affordable considering what I got. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

I always order a lot as one person but the portions are so beautiful and so worth the price and the atmosphere walking in everyone is smiling trying to talk to you trying to get along with you whether you’re having a bad day or a good day they still go out of their way to try and carry out a conversation or even be friendly and their workers always make sure you have hot food

Fantastic food, super good staff who put pride in their work. There’s a review by Ron A. He reviewed the wrong restaurant. There’s no female staff it’s 4 people team everyday of the week. They make everything fresh on spot, including their sauces. Sushi is made on spot, not stored. Please be aware of people reviewing incorrect hibachi restaurant in Salem, people drive 45 minutes to an hour just to have this food. In the past they won best oriental restaurant pre covid.

The food was perfect. Very good! The lady working was Rude and nasty. She never even gave a smile or thanked us for coming . I was disappointed in her customer service. She definitely doesn’t make you want too go back .

I haven’t been here for about a year and today suddenly decided to get an egg roll, crab ragoon and an order of steak & shrimp hibachi with noodles. The entire meal was so delicious I knew I wanted to leave a 5-star review! I highly recommend this place after my experience today.
