I’ve been a Domino’s customer for the past three years, and this location is really good. The food is always fresh, the service is fast, and the staff are friendly. I highly recommend this place.

Second delivery order in a row that their delivery driver has ignored the instruction not to ring our doorbell since we have a sleeping baby. Woke our kid up once again. We’re done with this place, plenty of other pizza joints in town

The food quality has never been consistent and always felt low. The bacon is always undercooked and overcooked and it feels like eating rubber. The chicken pieces are too big and sometimes it feels that they aren’t fully cooked

As a small business owner myself, the only thing worse than having to write a bad review is dealing with horrible customer service, especially when you try to correct and allow them to fix a problem. Most times, it’s not even worth the effort to mention but this was horrible and the owner and customers should know.

Tonight I had a 2 pizza deal delivered and upon eating one of the pizzas, it tasted and smelled horrible–which impacted the taste. The other pizza was perfect. I only took one slice from the foul smelling pizza, and a small bite from a second slice just to ensure it wasn’t a bad pepperoni or something. After confirming that it was the entire pizza I politely called the store to inform them that I wasn’t pleased with the pizza, had only eaten one slice and would drive back myself to return it and pay to have the pizza replaced and upgraded to the one that tasted fine. To my surprise, the employee said it wasn’t the policy of the store to replace a pizza if I didn’t like it–which is not what’s advertised (nor does any food chain to my knowledge not allow a customer to return bad food). I didn’t bother to discuss the issue further, but asked for the employees name or manager and she refused to provide it and hung up. I can understand variability in food quality and cooking, but this was horrible customer service!

This isn’t the first time it has happened at this business. It’s usually a hit or miss, we can have 5 great experiences in a row with them, then this happens. I keep hoping they’ve changed owners or management because something is a miss. Once a pizza didn’t show up at all and another time it was a bad pizza again. I’d go somewhere else but there aren’t many delivery places, and I have to admit, their new Hand Tossed Pan pizza is good. Hell, I was in the Army, I’m pretty easy going in terms of food, but if I’m going to blow my calories on pizza I want it to be good.

They probably hired people to post positive comments on their social media ads. I fell for it and gave Sammamish Domino’s a try. The pizzas looked (and probably tasted) like oily pieces of cardboards. My kids couldn’t tell what pizza I ordered. Look at my photos and you can do this guess the pizza activity too. One is supposed to have double olives on one side, the other double mushroom on one side. The Philli Steak on the pizza look like aged black masking tape that has lost its stickiness. So I commented, like thousand others on social media. Immediately, Dominos had someone give me a link so they could make it right. So the link lead to a 3-page survey, where they actually asked users to enter stuff like THEIR STORE’S store number, phone number, and address. I’m a UX designer so I know it’s their trick to make us give up, so I kept going! Guess what, after I was done with everything, clicked submit… Kaboom! The popup said my “comments” couldn’t be submitted. It’s a complaint, OK? At least give me a reason? But I sort of anticipated that, I had copied my paragraph of complaint, containing information about their angry staff who let me wait 30 minutes to their horrible products… all I had to do was to go through the form again and paste my paragraph. So I did. It’s been a week now and I have NOT heard back from Dominos, except their endless promo emails. I tried to find my social media post and write a follow up, but it’s already buried by hundreds of other complaints. No wonder nobody responded after getting the survey link–Dominos have multi-layer defense mechanisms to keep users from getting anything out of it and warning others. Anyway, this experience helps my work and is quite entertaining to share, but I still give them 1 star. 0 if I could.

Nothing much to say,A standard outlet with good service time.

Being a vegetarian I had very limited options or let’s say just 3 – one option for Pizza, one for garlic bread and one for pasta.

May be a customized pizza with toppings may work for few.

I wrote specifically to please not knock or ring the door bell because of a sleeping baby. What do they do? Ring the door bell. Do they not read the notes?

Ordered and paid with the Domino’s app. Went in to pick up order and was immediately handed a tip slip before being handed my pizza. Like if I didn’t tip I wouldn’t get my pizza. Seriously? Then I asked for some Parmesan cheese and red pepper packets that every other Domino’s I have ever been to give you for free and was told it was $4.00 per cup……for each one…..after all that the pizza was terrible. Half the sauce, cheese and toppings I get at every other Domino’s. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! Just terrible in every way. They also raised their prices to compensate for the current 50% offer any pizza promo. My regular Domino’s did not. If you need pizza in Sammamish anywhere else is better.

I was treated like an inconvenience because I had the audacity to not accept a piece of carbon they were calling a pizza. Incredibly rude. Posting reviews is not my thing but I’m willing to do it this time – it was that bad.
