Just an unbelievable experience at the Dark Horse (High Horse room) for my husbands 40th birthday! Genevieve helped us through the planning and explained the process every step of the way. Regina was incredible, extremely attentive, and impressed our guest with her amazing service. Our bartenders Nick and Jared made incredible drinks and kept all of our guests drinks full the entire time! Lastly, the food was delicious and your guests will not leave hungry or unsatisfied! They go above and beyond for you.
Another incredible experience at Dark Horse! After having my husband’s 40th surprise party in June 2025, we decided to book another party there for my father in laws 70th!! Genevieve took care of all of our details, answering all of our questions (and easing our worries about the weather!). Regina was so helpful and incredible ensuring our guests were fed, happy, and taken care of! Our guests loved her!! Nick and Jared were on top of all drink orders and everyone was so impressed with their service. The staff created such a warm environment and we had so many compliments from the guests!! Not to mention, the space is awesome!!

What a great spot for a private party… The room upstairs has its own bar, bathrooms, and plenty of room for people to fit, with room to spare. I had 70 people for a brunch, and it wasn’t even close to tight. Superb staff, friendly and on point for service. The food was fantastic as well. Highly recommended place for a party.

Had the pleasure to work with the Manager Gen who did such an amazing job helping me pull off a surprise 60th birthday for my mom!! The high horse is a great space for catering events! The bar and atmosphere was excellent along with the food that the guest complimented tremendously. Would love to work with the crew again! Excellent

LOVE LOVE LOVE The High Horse! We had our high school reunion there last night and all I can say is good things about them and their staff! From start to finish Genevieve was there to make sure everything ran smoothly. Once we arrived to set up she came swiftly and guided us through the space. The bartenders were not only friendly (and funny) but were quick and efficient for all of our guests. They got creative with our drinks and accommodated each of our needs. If you’re looking for an event space to hold your next event the high horse is the place to be!

Our bartender Jenny and the rest of the staff were so cool and friendly. We had a blast chatting with her and hanging out early at the bar (7:30 to 8pm). We also had the whole place to ourselves for a bit which was pretty cool (felt like VIPs) lol. We will definitely return whenever we are in the area!

I hosted my boyfriends birthday last night and the high horse knocked it out of the park. We had a casino themed cocktail party. I worked with genevive the GM and she was responsive and a pleasure to work with.
We had the pigs in a blanket, plantains with guac, chicken parm sliders, cheeseburger sliders, and Mac and cheese bites for apps and for dinner the chicken franchise and penne Ala vodka. The chicken franchise was the best I’ve ever had.
Our bartenders nick and jay were awesome. They even went so far to get seagrams for the birthday boy. Everyone hustled picking up empties my tables were always nice and tidy.
Nicole our server was lovely and made sure that everything was hot and put out timely. They all helped us clean up and I couldn’t be more thankful. I have high standards as I have been in the business for years and they absolutely met and exceeded my expectations.

I really like this bar! They have great events to attend. Their food is delicious! The drinks are always very good. The bartenders and hosts are all friendly and kind. I’ve come for trivia and just to hang at the bar and would recommend to anyone looking for a fun evening date/family/or friends.
