So my Purdy wanted Arby’s. The whole family got Arby’s ! FF … Cheese sticks … Yummy.. sandwich Everyone was able to order their favorites!
For the most part the store was and well stocked. The rest rooms smelled clean before entering.. tissue paper soap, paper towels were all available.

Close way to early and then they have the parameters of the App set you can’t order online. It’s 8pm, app won’t let you order since they are closing soon. 9pm is soon? 9pm when you are less then 5 minutes away and want to use the deals on the App but now have to pay full price. Fix this.
Oh even better drive by at 9:45 pm on my to the McDonalds and it’s still open, cars in the drive thru and everything. So app and online is incorrect. Fix this.

This arby is going down hill. Walked in and I stunk like mold and after I ordered my food I looked up and seen mold around the air vents. After ordering my food it took almost 45 mins to get it very poor customer service.

My wife and I have been here multiple times. Every time she asks for extra onions. Not one time have they given her the extra n onions that we pay for every time. Quite frankly if you can’t listen to an order don’t take the position of a cashier. An when it comes to the cooks. If you can’t read an order don’t cook the meal. Learn how to do your jobs or find something more suitable for your likings.

Always enjoy this location. The employees are super nice and seem to actually enjoy their job. Food is always hot and really tasty. The only thing that could use some help is the Jamocha Shake. It’s my favorite, but whenever I get it, it tastes like chocolate.

The food was good. I ordered a large curly fry and 2 cups of cheese. Cheese cups were not full and for the cost of them they should be. Curly fries mostly had little pieces in it. I also got a large shake but the lid was not fully on so as I went to pick it up lid fell off and shake went every where. Chicken strips were good and so were the gyros. I just wish the food wasn’t so pricey. For 2 of us for fast food it was $32. A little ridiculous.

The service was excellent today, which is not the norm from my previous experiences. I needed work shoes, and the man inside the door took us to the shoe department and set us up with a saleswoman. She was very, very helpful and knowledgeable. Within a couple minutes she had several shoes to choose from, and I ended up buying one of her selections. I was in and out in 10 minutes. Wonderful!
