Very good food made quickly, great price. You get a lot of food for the price. We have been buying from her for years! The “Kay’s Run” is a tradition for Fort Thompson residents who travel all the way from the next town across the river to buy from her.

Oh, man. Great food at a good price! My to go container had to weigh 3 lbs and was enough for lunch and dinner. I will be stopping every time that I go to Lower Brule. If you like hot food; then I’ll recommend the extra spicy pork and noodles.
