Love Relish! So many gourmet offerings at an affordable price. Kristen is so nice to talk to as well while she makes the sandwiches. Kristen comes from a family of ambitious business owners! Definitely stop by when she has a free sample day! You might just commit to a new favorite! Convenient location too! Attached are pics of the sandwiches and some of the goodies I’ve found or used in recipes, boards, etc! Grocery favorites include the red pesto pasta sauce, the sugar free cookies, and the different colored yogurt pretzels! Brought friends and family along too!

My friend recommended me and my boyfriend eat lunch here & let me tell you, he did NOT lead us wrong! The woman at the front who took our order was very personable and kind and as we waited for our sandwich to be made we wandered around the store and found quite the array of polish pickled foods We then chatted up the owner in the back who was making our sandwich and she was a sweetheart! We decided to stay and eat at the cute lil tabel there in the store. The environment and atmosphere was great! LOVE this place! Will deff be coming back!

They also offer gift baskets offerings and grab and go foods! Check them out if you’ve never been. Always a wonderful moment when I visit.

This place is a gem in Shelton! We loved it so much we came back for more. The sandwiches are delicious, unique and they accommodate for those who are gluten free. I got the Thanksgiving sandwich on gluten free bread and was so happy! I loved bacon jam on it so much and everything just feels high quality and well thought out. Aside from the awesome lunch options they have an amazing selection of unique market items. They have amazing cold salads, cured meats, cheeses, chips, crackers and drinks to throw together a picnic on the go as well! Definitely worth the stop, you will not be sorry!

I love this place! Just what our downtown needed. I work till 7 sometimes and stop in to buy a quick bite after since they are open until eight. There are so many homemade delicious treats. I especially love the potato salad. They have hot soup and made to order sandwiches as well. Sometimes they have free samples on Saturdays! The owner is a very sweet person. Give Relish a try! The basket I gave as a gift for Christmas was a real success! The owner is always amazing and ready to welcome and accommodate every request with a smile! Her mortadella sandwiches and her dried sausage are of the highest quality and a joy for the palate of an Italian who lives here. You won’t regret stopping here even just for a cup of soup (always seasonal and fresh) which will never be just for that! At least for me ❤️

A spot not to be missed! A true hidden gem in CT. Sandwiches are loaded. Prepared foods are seasonal, fresh, and I haven’t had a single one I wouldn’t go back for! A vast selection of store items (of course more than I knew I needed ) and the soups were on point. Dont miss this spot. It’ll be a new favorite after your first visit.

The breakfast sandwiches, muffins, and coffee are delicious and very reasonably priced! Don’t sleep on this hidden gem. It’s a great old-world European market with lots of offerings.

The grocery items here are delicious and high quality. They even have foods imported from other countries like pasta and sauce from Italy, it doesn’t get more authentic than that! They also have something for everyone like I am a vegan, they even have options for me! The owner is also so nice too. I’m lucky to live in the neighborhood, this market is such a wonderful and much needed addition to it!
