You hear a lot of bad things about this location. Examples: Store not being open during business hours, opening late or closing early, limited staff, etc. All I can say is I didn’t run into any of those situations, and the staff that was there worked diligently.

Fresh food and fast service. The women’s bathroom was dirty and smelled. The tables weren’t that clean. And the soda fountain was in need of refilling the syrup for a couple of the drinks. But the staff were kind and friendly and helpful.

If I could give 0 stars i would. I made an online order, paid for it and it even said my sandwich was being prepared.
I get there and the guy working the counter was extremely unprofessional, as i’m showing him the order I placed, he responds “there is nothing i can do”.
Save yourself the trouble and spend your money elsewhere.

Okay, so I just hit up the Subway and I’ve gotta give a shout-out to the team working there. Honestly, the staff was awesome. I’m usually pretty indecisive, but the guy making my sandwich was super patient and gave me some great recommendations.
And they were not stingy at all! I swear, they piled on the toppings like they were building a masterpiece. My sub was loaded and made exactly how I wanted it. It’s so nice when the staff is helpful and actually listens to what you want. Definitely a great experience all around.

Order is never correct when ordering ahead or doordashing. It’s honestly laughable. I have to open my sandwich before leaving the store everytime to have them correct something they’ve missed when I place my order on the app. Doordashing I just have to accept it’s going to to be wrong. Frustrating when it’s the only location around. Definitely the worst subway I’ve been to

Louisville Subway is the worst…I ordered online to pickup two footlongs a philly steak and cheese and a club ..it said to be ready at 6:05, however when I arrived at 6: 08 it hadn’t even been started yet and there was another person waiting. They said they were very busy but only one person was in line. The other lady got her sandwich and I Figured i would be next. Another customer came in wanting his online order and sat down to wait . So they came to me with my sandwiches at 6:20 and I began to leave only realizing that they were NOT footlongs and not even the right sandwiches… Now I’m pissed off…the man that came in after me finally got his footlong and Im still waiting…they eventually get my sandwiches right and I left the store about 6:40 pm…I wonder if reading is a requirement for a My first sandwich I wanted was a steak and cheese but they “dont” make that anymore so I ordered the Philly steak and cheese and ordered it with just steak and cheese….duh!! My second sandwich is a club minus mayo, tomatoes and lettuce….and after I got home I got it with EVERYTHING ON IT!!!Again is it a requirement to be able to read…..I am taking it back tomorrow and god help me there?

No work ethics at all only worried about a break when customers are waiting to have food made and the employees must have been new and had to keep asking what meat goes on sandwich doesnt pay attention to customer when they are telling her they want to add bacon the other employee only worried about his 730 break place getting backed up with customers just very disappointed that no one wants to work and do the easiest job sad world won’t be going back there

Despite being a sandwich shop, they were completely out of bread due to a catering order placed for the day after my visit, resulting in several orders being cancelled without notice.
