I ordered take out from here for the first time today and I have to be honest, this food is bland at best. The crispy chicken sandwich I ordered with sauce on the side came smothered in mayonnaise in addition to some kind of unidentifiable orange creamy sauce (not sure if this is the garlic Parmesan I ordered or something else). It’s soggy from how much mayonnaise is on it and looks absolutely nothing like any of the crispy chicken sandwiches people are posting but instead like something from burger king.
The portion of seasoned fries was huge, but came completely unseasoned (not even salted) and sooo soggy I had to air fry them. If I wasn’t at home and able to do so, I wouldn’t have eaten them.
The Mac and cheese is what I was craving the most, and it literally tastes like macaroni and water with some kind of hint of Cajun spice in the background. There is no evidence of cheese or salt in sight. I actually might not even be able to choke it down, it’s that bad.
The “homemade ranch” looks and tastes like thick, curdled mayonnaise. Some other watery sauce that tastes vaguely of butter and has a slight tangyness to it came (is this the garlic Parm??). The honey mustard and coke are the best things I ordered. I will definitely not be back after spending $23 on this nasty food.

Stopped by to check it out and was very impressed with how delicious their food was! The tenders were my favorite along with the chicken wings! I also tried their Philly cheesesteak and their chicken tender sandwich which was good as well! The staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely will be back soon!

Used to love this place, but this last visit has turned me away completely. From the rude front staff at the counter, to the subpar meals and missing items. They used to include a side of coleslaw, and lettuce + tomatoes on the deluxe crispy chicken sandwich order. There was neither and when i called they said the coleslaw is no longer served, but that they do put on the toppings for the sandwich. However neither sandwich we ordered came with any toppings. Additionally for both sandwiches, the chicken itself was not a solid piece, but an assortment of random cuts of chicken pressed together. The whole thing was biting into fat, tendons, and bread crust.What the literal hell??

Probably the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever tried aside from Popeyes! The chicken is SO crispy and juicy Everything on the menu looks amazing too so I can’t wait to try more of what they have to offer. Extremely cheap for the good quality you get! I had to call for pick up because of the area and I came alone (being a woman) haha but it’s not that bad. Overall beyond DELICIOUS.

All our employees really enjoyed the foods from Crisp N’ Grill. Our staff was keep on getting their 2nd and 3rd plates to eat! LOL
Crisp N’ Grill have the best fried chicken and fried chicken wings that we ever taste before. So fresh and crispy!
The sweet rolls also the BOMB! The Mac and Cheese was very tasty! The sauces are taste good too!
Customer service was wonderful!
Raza was very prompt with our catering order, very courteous and pay attention to details.
