Terrible people working there. Our sandwich had spoiled onions, veggies and the meat was old. Then a nice older lady asked to have a cup for her grandson and the man behind the counter was so rude to her. We will never go in that Sub-way again.

8/2/25 130pm went and got a sandwhich asked for salt pepper parmesan and Parmesan vinegrette on the sandwhich but all i could taste was the salt. Worker with blonde hair should not handle the toppings or at least not dump the whole container of salt on peoples food.

Piss poor costumer service from kid working this afternoon 3/29. Do not place mobile orders on this app because the people here will let a dasher take your order, bring back soggy sandwiches, and the staff won’t remake them even though the food left the store. Not to mention I can’t even call the store because the line is down. Worst experience ever I am sure if you got nicer staff this experience wouldn’t have been as horrible.

My husband ran in about 8:00 to get me a sandwich I was not feeling well when he brought it to me which was 4 minutes later the bottom of the bread was still doughy it wasn’t cooked thoroughly tried calling him and they would not pick up the phone this is my fourth time of being at Subway in Storm lake and I must say their food is not very good and is not put together very good the toaster doesn’t seem to toast the bread or even warm the meat if I ask for it to be warmed a little longer I get a lecture on they should only do 10 seconds for 6 in and the sandwich is not even hot let alone the bread toasted I frequent our Subway in sac City every other day and it is always very good

Never, EVER, dine-in here. From the chairs to the trash can in the bathroom: Everything had very dingy dark, noticeable and appalling fingerprint stains. They’re ALL over the place and 3 tables had crumbs all over from someone else. Alot! There’s like 3 people or more working around the time we went and there’s no excuse for that. I asked to make ALL sandwich orders to be made a meal w/ a drink & chip to avoid confusion later on. He said okay. I ended up waiting 20 minutes and had to go back in the line to wait for the REST of my order. Got two receipts and the last one said no meal just the sandwich alone. (Not paying attention.) I regret tipping ahead of time. I will now start to ask if my order can be read back to me. As much as I don’t want to be “THAT” person. Smh ♀️

Usually never have a bad experience at Subway, but this time they put way too much sauce on my sandwich. By the time I got home everything was drenched in the sauce and the bread was completely soggy. The outside of the building isn’t too appealing, but that may be out of their control as it would seem they possibly lease their space. If I have a better experience the next time I visit, I will update my review.

Very Disappointed in my sandwich, I ordered online and ask for cheese didn’t even put cheese in it. My bread was toasted yet very cold. When I went there to pick it up the girl with the split hair dye was very nice to me and made me feel welcomed. Sandwich was also extremely messy and wasn’t fully cut. Would not recommend coming here.
