Monday at 8:18 pm on June 30th. I came to the location. I walked and got to the location to be refused service. TWO Dunkin associates refused to open the door and serve coffee before closing hours. The business hours clearly were on the door and took a picture. I’ve never seen a business turning away customers before closing time!!! Totally Unprofessional and disappointed!!! Red Run Blvd is full of corporate businesses, and coffee is very important. I ended up walking to Royal Farms across the street for my coffee!!!

On the morning of 10/3/2024, I went to Dunkin’ Donuts (receipt time stamped at 7:36 AM). I had a simple question about a blueberry bagel and brown sugar cold foam, only to be told those items weren’t available. I ended up ordering a small cold foam, five munchkins, and a bagel for my girlfriend.
When I got to the window, I could clearly hear the person who took my order openly mocking my question and laughing with another employee. That level of unprofessionalism was shocking. I asked the person handing me my order what they were laughing at, and they froze, visibly uncomfortable. To make matters worse, they didn’t even give me the coffee I ordered. I had to park, get out of my car, and go inside to get it myself.
Once inside, the person with the headset just pointed at my coffee and said, “THERE.” No apology, no effort to fix their mistake—just complete rudeness.
I am furious. I choose Dunkin’ over other coffee options in the area, but after this humiliating and disrespectful experience, I’m seriously questioning that decision. This was beyond unacceptable.

This location fell off. Only a handful of the staff actually listen to orders. There seems to be a newer group of workers that need to be cross trained or fired entirely. Dont make excuses for poor customer service

I recently relocated to Owings Mills and visited this Dunkin’ on a Sunday morning. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the space, and the courtesy and effiiciency of the staff. I was also extremely pleased with the selection of muffins that were available. They offered corn, blueberry, chocolate chip and coffee cake. The chocolate chip muffin I ordered was loaded with chocolate chips. The coffee cake muffins appeared to have a good amount of streusel topping. I will be back to try those, and the others!

I try to give places multiple chances. I order the sweet tea and it wasn’t sweet. I got hot chocolate today because I was out in the cold all day and wanted to warm up. They hand me a cup which they clearly spilled liquid down the side. I would have complained but I had to visit my sick grandma and was in a rush. Bottom line don’t go here and just go to the one that’s down the street you’re better off.

It’s really hit or miss here. Sometimes everything is great and it’s a 5 star visit. Other times the order is wrong, the order was never made, quality is low..1 star.

It’s a bright, clean, new location. However, I’ve come here three separate times, and the drinks are always far too milky. The photo is my cold brew with 1 cream…1! That’s just one example; I’ve tried different drinks each time. Maybe with time this location will improve.

These are the hash browns I just ordered and paid for. Literally 6 in there and they are all burnt. Not to mention the croissant I got is also burnt. Never going back to this location
