Today is Jan 26th w026 and we got about a foot and a half of snow yesterday out here in central pa. I’d like to say my family and I set out to get out of the house and a bit to eat. The first place we went to was closed, likey due to the weather. But not only was Chipotle open they had only 3 employees…. My family and I would like to say Thank you for the delicious, fresh and hot food. This exactly what we were looking for and you guys delivered. We ate from 3:20ish till 4ish. 5 stars plus during this visit!!!

I’m not sure if I should eat what I got. That was the dirtiest, most unpleasant ‘restaurant’ experience I have ever had. Lots of people standing around. The food buffet line was a total mess. One young guy doing pretty much everything. No lettuce for salads. Had to refill. The few toppings that were left were slopped with other things in them. I’m truly not sure my salad is edible and if anyone there has any food handling experience. For $10 it’s probably better to throw it away rather than get sick.

Did an app order and did not receive my burrito bowl, I called and could not speak to a manager. Then my husband bowl was just steak n veggies, not what was order. We live 40 minutes away and we’re very disappointed when we got home to eat or meals. Will not go back there again

The dining room is a bit institutional and not really welcoming. The food was good and fresh. I love the veggie tofu protein they have. Wish the guacamole was included, though.

This Chipotle is a little sus – they are very commonly out of things, there are big bowls of rice, beans, etc. just sitting out on the counters (unrefridgerated) , and I did see one wiener in the back handing food without gloves. The food itself tasted good and the service was fast but just be aware.

Thanks for ripping me off. The fact i paid $31 for 2 half portion of a meals is terrible. Excellent example of corporate greed. How about you fill the bowl up and charge me the same price. I’m glad i worked 2hrs for free today for half a meal.

Went today for lunch and while food was good the service needs much improvement. There was a line of people for lunch, we were all just standing there while workers were moving around. No acknowledgement to any of us that we were there. No, “we’re busy, we’ll be with you in a minute.” We all kept looking around waiting for service. When service was finally given, there was no apology let alone any greeting. Meat could have been warmer/more fresh. Service is what sets a place apart and makes someone more likely to return aside from the food.

Food was dried out scraping the sides to put it into the bowl.. service was terrible as well.. it was dirty in there and there was an ice pile where the drink machine is. The Sprite was was dispensing sideways… This restaurant really needs an upgrade.

Ripoff supposed to be BOGO entree free today up to five free entrees per transaction according to the website sent my daughter to get four she was charged for three was told wasn’t buy 2 get 2 actually it was! Will NEVER go to Chipotle again false advertising.
