Got the burnt ends with Mac and fries. Burnt ends had good texture and great smokey flavor. Got a side of spicy bbq sauce which went together perfectly. The Mac and cheese was perfect.

This is the best I have ever had. Hands down. No debate. Very sweet lady at the window hustling her tail feathers off.

Got the combo #2 had to try little bit of everything. Great portion size for the cost
Chicken wings were absolutely outstanding. Super crispy with a good seasoning so much juice where the juice and season mixed basically creating its own sauce.
Brisket was on pointnsuper tasty and moist
Pulled pork was great as well but I’m not a fan of vinegar based sauces as much but was still super tasty.
Mac and cheese hit the spot as usual.
Beans were good just not my style however they were full of flavor!
The owner was super nice and very professional. Will definitely recommend and return there again

This was absolutely delicious! I ordered the smoked brisket platter with Jamaican jerk sauce on the side, along with bbq spaghetti & collard greens. Portions were generous, food had great flavor and the brisket was tender & juicy.
This place is right across the street from the Renaissance hotel, so it was about a 2 minute walk. Customer service was great & they had my order ready within 10 mins. If you’re ever in town, I highly recommend trying this gem!

Finally, a great BBQ place in Boston. Guessing the owner is Texan (like me), possibly Austin/Round Rock area.
Also compares favorably with Gates BBQ in Kansas City, esp the sausage and burnt ends.
Either way, will definitely be eating from here again!

Placed online order midafternoon, given reasonable pick up time and order was ready when I arrived. Ordered 1/2 wings with jerk on the side, wings tasted good and size of wings was on par with other establishments. Also had pulled pork sandwich with no sauce, food was nothing spectacular but of sufficient quantity and quality to earn 4 stars.

I got wings with fries & candied yams and it was ok for a lunch meal. Improvements needed on the grumpy , dry, rough customer service that I received from staff at the order window. I had more who asked me for a location to eat at but I could not recommend the place because the friendly service was not present. Let someone else work if you can’t be kind to customers please and thank you.

OUTSTANDING FOOD. I knew it was gonna be good when the person taking our orders (I presume Larry?) told one of my friends to read the menu when he asked what sides they have. He directed us to wait across the street in a hotel lobby because he didn’t want us to wait in the cold. The food kicks ass- the BBQ sauce is bold and has a tiny but of heat, the sweet potato fries are rich and slightly buttery, the meat is tender and smoky, the potato salad is killer. We might just come back more than once this weekend! Much love to Larry from Julian, Thomas, Carpathia, and Jordan!
