Not busy. Parking is well lighted at night and plenty. Casual eating. Limited seats. Friendly staffs. Clean restroom. Also, clean tables. The outdoor look is well maintained and healthy. Can’t go wrong with grilled and original chicken meals. Deserving of 5 stars.

Horrible service! Employee’s are extremely unprofessional.Two women canceled my order after my bank processed my payment. I showed them my phone as proof with my bank info and app info. I called corporate with a complaint. The representative could not explain why my order was canceled. So, I asked her since KFC already has the money, could she call the restaurant to confirm my order? and I was denied. I wasn’t even about the money now, it’s the principles. I had my children waiting the whole time, thinking that our order was being prepared as the app read. This definitely left a bad impression. Never again with KFC.

Lowering my initial review. Orders are always messed up (order extra crispy and they give you original, etc.) and the sandwich buns are always hard as a rock. Corporate is quick to refund a few dollars but has yet to fix the problem.

Updated review: things have declined… ordered for delivery, whole family order was kidding biscuits, French fries were rock hard stale, and the chicken was salty .

They have a different crew in there now. I haven’t been there in a while but the other day I went to KFC. I walked in to avoid my oder from getting messed up and that’s when I noticed the new crew. They were polite and fast. Food was hot. A kid named Benjamin was incredible with his service. Plus he made my company and i so very welcome. I definitely will go there again

Did not appreciate the service.. In COVID times I would appreciate to be more understandable, our car was parked by Dunkin donuts, and because it was close to get in, we went by foot on drive way but they refused to service us because we didn’t have a car.. Ohh and! They forgot to put souce for chicken tenders!! The Indian guy was giving me mean eye, and the girl was asking us 3 times what we ordered again!
