I had a very disappointing experience at my local Domino’s tonight. If I could give zero stars I would. After working a 12-hour shift, I ordered a large sausage, pepperoni, and onion pizza well done through the app, which is my go-to late-night meal.
When I got home, I found the pizza dough was raw and undercooked, despite my request for it to be well done. As a classically trained chef, I was not overly upset and simply put the pizza back into the oven before calling the store. However, when I spoke to the manager, Olivia Hill, she was surprisingly aggressive, insisting that the pizza was not undercooked before I even had a chance to show her.
I drove back to the store with the pizza to demonstrate how mushy the dough was. Instead of addressing my concerns, Olivia continued to argue with me, claiming that if they remade the pizza, it would come out the same way. This was incredibly frustrating, especially after I had already taken the time to show her the issue.
After this unprofessional encounter, Olivia offered to remake the pizza and issue a refund, but at that point, I was too upset to accept. I initially started my career at Burger King. I cared about customers experience and I took pride in my food and service at that level and have since become an executive chef, contributing to many restaurants in the Hampton Roads area. I usually don’t write reviews, but the level of rudeness from the associate manager was unacceptable.
I hope this feedback leads to better training for staff in handling customer concerns.

It’s incredible. Today I bought the most horrible pizza of my life at this location. It can only be compared to the sole of a boot with tomato sauce. Not to mention that I’ve always bought the same one and they charge more each time. I wouldn’t recommend this place even to my worst enemies. All that’s missing is that they sell radioactive pizzas.

Very not pleased with the management at this location. I ordered two pizzas. One was perfect. The other was missing a topping that I paid an extra fee for. I called and spoke to one manager. They said they could not help me. I need to call back to speak to a manager named Jevyn. I called back when it was time for his shift and an employee said he wasn’t available. They asked for my name and said my number was on the caller id. They said they will relay the message and have Jevyn call me back. I never received a phone call or get my pizza corrected that I paid for. Very not pleased.

So this is my main spot. It used to be the best dominoes. Whoever they’ve hired this summer is ruining the store. Worst cooks ever. Good service. I’ve had to bring multiple pizzas back for missed toppings or almost none on it. One time I got an Alfredo sauce pizza and they forgot cheese. This has never happened and I’ve been ordering from them since they opened. I’m leaving this review today because I tried to do it on the website and they wont update my order as picked up so I can’t. It said Abbygail made the order but that was my first time from her. My pizza had great toppings this time! Like they used to! I was shocked and happy! Until I saw my pizza. The dam thing was flat and the dough was so chewey. I don’t even know how they managed it. I think from now on I’ll just take the extra 5 minute drive to king st. So disappointing.

This rating is ALL about the food. Our family has a tradition of ordering pizza from DOMINOS once a week, either a Sunday or a Monday. But, the pizza always has less cheese, and my favorite even though I am not supposed to eat pizza due to gluten, I always order the cheesy bread. EVERY time, it has no cheese, maybe a drop in and ONLY in the middle, the rest has none. Nothing but dough!!! One time, I had to drive back and showed them that the bread has no cheese. I believe it should say, bread with maybe some cheese, not cheesy bread because I literally have to look to see where is the cheese. So, where is the cheese Dominos???? We swtich from papa Johns years ago because of the same thing, maybe now, we should switch and try a local restaurant that makes better pizza and puts the cheese where it supposed to be!

There pizza is trash nowadays, just check the comments. Don’t waste your money or time because these people dont care if you eat it or throw it away. At least thats what it seems to me. Got a pizza at 230pm and had a whole 4 minute drive home. When I got there I opened it up and the pizza was just slop. I’d give them a zero if I could because this isn’t the first time but it will be the last! Good riddance to ya.
