This is my neighborhood Wawa that just opened last year. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak. Why is my chicken and sandwich dry as a bone, sandwhich is disgusting? Mind you, I asked for extra cheese and added bacon, garlic aioli AND mayo. Do you see any cheese at all? I had a feeling they were trash because they can’t even get a sizzli right unfortunately. Bad representation of Wawa and will absolutely ruin their reputation.

Earlier today, I was driving in the area and spotted a new gas station and convenience store that I had not come across before. As my car was low on fuel, I stopped not just to refuel the gas tank but also to take a look around. Well, the Chester Heights, PA-based convenience store and gas station started its operations today. The manager of the Exxon gas station across the road must be quite anxious at this point. The total number of gas pumps is 12; the fuel prices—Regular, Plus, Premium, Super, Diesel—are competitive, but there is no car wash, and it is unfortunate for Tesla EV drivers since a Tesla Supercharging station is not available. But this convenience store and gas station is well-known for its delicious made-to-order hoagies, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, among various other offerings.

I’ve had nothing but a great experience since it’s opened. I’m right around the corner, I expect it to busy since there are a lot of people in the area but my food and latte are always ready in a decent time and my latte is always on point the staff has also been very friendly. Whoever has been making my sausage & egg white croissant w cheddar cheese in the morning is a GODSEND. It’s perfect every time. Repeated issues with really long waits for food. It’s like there’s no management steering the ship. Whoever is the manager needs to be replaced with someone who has experience managing a Wawa store. Bad experiences both daytime and at night.
Last night, while waiting 20-25 minutes for food, there were loud alarms and buzzers going off in multiple areas of the store. The employee making my daughter’s salad walked away from it to do other tasks multiple times while it was just sitting on the prep counter.

Was here on 10/20 at around 9:15 pm. My boyfriend and I come here almost every other night. While most of the staff here is well trained and friendly, we had a rather disappointing experience tonight. We got our snack for the night and I paid for our stuff at the self checkout. Since there is no bags my boyfriend put our belongings in his pockets while he waited at the register to pay for his gas. After waiting for a few minutes and no one was available, I told him no big deal we will just put it on our card. So we then moved over to the food window to wait for our food. We were then approached by an employee who impolitely told us “he’s over there now so you can go pay” to which my boyfriend, (confused since we already paid) said “we paid already”. That response was met with her looking us up and down and giving us the most dramatic dirty look I’ve ever seen in my life. To whom it may concern her name I think started with a “b” possibly and she was a petite white girl with blonde hair. Very disappointed.
