As soon as you walk in you will realise the magic of Shenai. The service is . The food literally speaks for itself. We have been customers for years and never had any thing to complain about. The inside seating areas are calming and have a beautiful ambience. The takeaway are prepared with as much love as seated customers food. Children are also welcomed warmly by all. Would highly recommend

We were early for evening meal. The food was awful. Wasn’t fresh at all. I didn’t finish my food albeit I love Indian and how as hungry I was!
I feel I was given the leftovers as looking at the food served at the other table, the food looked better.
When we sat at our table, we were approached by every single member of staff if we want order drink or food ( which is fine) but not x5 times and every 2 mins.
After our main the bill arrived without being offered desert or anything else. Felt they were rushing to get rid of us and wanting the table back. We had only been 1 hr!

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome and the staff were very attentive and pleasant.
Our meal arrived in good time and we were very happy with the quality and portion sizes, the food was gorgeous and freshly cooked.
The prices were just a little on the high side but am a northerner aka a tight git.
There is lots of parking and there was no need to reserve a table, all in al a good experience.

We always order Indian from this restaurant. Unfortunately, today it was the last time we did it. Both the starters and the main dishes were horrible, felt like reheathed leftovers from previous days: the rice greasy, meat not fresh and chewy, sauces ovedone – not edible. We wouldn’t recommend.

A lovely place to sit and enjoy dinner. Fantastic range of curries. 6 of us had different choices and throughly enjoyed each option. The staff are very friendly and take time to talk you through the menu. I think we have just found our new spot for a curry!

Me and Mrs J went in to order a takeaway. We were greeted at the door, offered a seat and a menu and treated with the utmost curtesy. Our order was taken and arrived quickly. We enjoyed some friendly banter as I ordered a Korma! And, as we collected our order, there was a 10% discount.
So here’s the important bit, the food. It was amazing. It was tasty and hot. Decent portions too.
I would recommend a visit for eat in or take away.
