This location will cancel your order without explanation. They will never answer the phone and if they do they’ll leave you on hold. I’ve ordered from them three times and have an issue every time. Hopefully someone fixes the management or takes over the franchise. Buy from Domino’s there’s never an issue.

I just left papa John’s for a pick up at 6:15 P.M. the lady at the front was on her A game even though it was clearly busy as ever. Not only that the service was with a smile, the food was ready without a wait, and everyone there seemed to be working as a team including the driver who asked me if I had been helped when he saw that I was alone while the lady was grabbing my crushed peppers and cheese. I just want to say I’m impressed with everything. My food is literally burning my legs as I’m driving home right now and I can’t wait to dive in and enjoy my dinner and a movie with my kids. Thank you to the staff!!!!

Every time my boyfriend and I have wanted to order a to-go from here, the lady on the phone makes the experience so uncomfortable. I don’t know why she wants to play 21 questions but it’s always so weird. “Are you sure you’re ordering from the Anna (insert address here) location?” Um yes…then she repeats him again, like what . Then when we say we want a to-go “so is that carry out or delivery” “carry out” “so carry out, no delivery?” YES. What should be a 2 minute conversation turns into 5-10 if you go through all her questions. And then she always wants your credit card info over the phone, for some reason you can’t just pay in person?? This is the 3rd time we’ve considered ordering from here and now it’s the last. Nothing has changed.

Night manager tonight has terrible customer service skills. He hung up on me when I called in, and wasn’t man enough to take my return call. He started making my pizzas and they finished 24 mins early when asked for pickup at 730pm. I guess he dont follow instructions very well. My pizzas sat around for 15 mins. Good thing I was 10 mins early. He is not a good person and has a terrible attitude. I’ll never buy there again. Whatever your name is, you lost your company a customer. Hope you are proud of yourself. HR needs to pay you a visit and teach you that customers are always right. When you are wrong, admit it and fix the problem. As you said, be a HUMAN!!! WHAT A JOKE YOU ARE!!!

Ordered delivery and of course they charged me for 2 extra spicy sauces that i NEVER received when my order arrived. Called back and was told they would bring the sauces and the driver Barry never came. Called again and they said he was just walking into the store and he’ll be on his way. He never arrived. Absolutely ridiculous and I will not be ordering here anymore. If you charge people for additional stuff THEN MAKE SURE they receive it that way your drivers wont be having attitudes and not receiving tips for lousy service.

This was the worst Papa John’s experience ever. Normally, this location is good. But this was the grossest pizza I have ever had in my life. Think back to school cafeteria pizza, but worse. It arrived cold, and the toppings weren’t even on every slice. They were all kind of dumped in the middle of the pie. It was supposed to be original crust but I had actually forgotten that because it was so thin and crunchy. I thought perhaps maybe I had mistakenly ordered the wrong crust. But it was just so dry that it tasted like it. One hour, $28 in pizza cost, $4 in delivery fees, and then tip. I should’ve just gotten a Totino’s for a dollar and called it a day. It would have tasted a lot better and saved me a ton of dough.

This was by far the WORST PIZZA EVER. I couldn’t gotten grocery store pizza if I wanted it to taste like the box it came in. One day, you can order and it’s tasty. The next day, it taste like manure. I’ll go back to The Hut.

Papa John’s has good pizza, but this is supposed to be a meat lovers and before my family ate it, the very minuscule amount of toppings were all concentrated in the middle. The bread sticks have no flavor, but at least they provide garlic butter. Otherwise, it was okay, but come on Papa John’s, I had hope in you!
