These were truly some of the best chicken fingers. I’ve ever had in my life and believe me when I say this. I’ve had a lot.The flavor was absolutely incredible and the sauce. It was just as good. The buns were fresh and everything was just hot and tasty. Would definitely recommend this any day.

I ordered through the Drive-thru. I asked for a cup of ice. It was half full. My food was cold when I got to my next stop. I also had hair in my food. The hair was black and curly. My hair is blond and very short. That was the last bite I took.I called and left a message. The manager called me and told me to come back to get a replacement meal. When I returned I got the same replacement meal I went inside. It was ready when I got there. I took a bite out of it before I left in front of two employees. It was a cold one. And also, even colder customer service. I told them I didn’t want anything until I heard from management. I haven’t heard from them yet. This was Friday the 5th. Today is Monday the 8th. No word from anyone.

Food is good. Even though I’ve gotten chicken nugget sized tenders in the past. But charging 60 cents for a sauce that should come with my meal is outrageous and greedy. The one down town is not as greedy. I recommend going there.

The food is great but the service is horrible and I’ll never return because of it. The I went in and ate and the GM has such a horrible attitude. I’ve eaten here twice every week for the last past two years and never had any problems with other management there. I will not be returning.

Ordered 2 of their 4 finger combos. Box boxes only had 3 fingers in them and they were the size of a chicken nugget. Barely any fries. The picture on the menu showed toast as well. Which we did not receive. Will not be coming back

I don’t know why I even continue to go to this location the food is horrible fries are ALWAYS old and strips look like nuggets! But today will be MY last time there. Learn what customer service is and when you don’t understand what was ordered verify it and not take an attitude with the customer when they try to clear it up! Operational hours have been falsely advertised since the beginning of covid; understandable during a pandemic, but unacceptable years after. Prices are way up, quality is down, and its often closed at least an hour early. I’ve been turned away 2.5 hours before the listed closing time because ‘business was too slow’.
Guthrie’s has been my favorite fast-food for 8 years, but now its just a disappointment. I’ll go to Foosackly’s next time; cheaper, better, and open!
