Ordered a dirty cherry poppi, $7, didn’t get my lime or cherries.
Not sure if this is incompetence or false advertising.
Not sure how much poppi and coconut milk was in this thing cause the drink took like 4 sips to finish, tasty though.
If you’re gonna charge $7 for a drink it better look like the damn picture

2nd: We tried there tea again and it was fresh tasting again, they must of been having a bad couple of weeks hopefully they figured out the problem and fixed it. The menu shows freshly brewed tea every hour so hopefully they keep it up. I changed my original 3 stars to a 5 star rating. 1st: We’ve ordered from here 3 times now. The 1st time the tea tasted fresh, but the last 2 times the tea had a bad taste.

I asked for a gallon of fresh sweet tea because they had given me one from the refrigeration. The person in the drive-through gave her a fresh gallon of tea. Then the cashier takes the gallon and goes all the way to the back again opens the gallon and has me try it. I don’t know what she did in the back or why she returned with it open. I don’t know if she tampered with the tea. Not trust worthy. Not a good experience

HTeaO in Shavano Park finally opened today! It’s been a long wait, but well worth it, and especially now that this location is near my home. The teas today were absolutely great like always. My favorite are the Sweet Coconut & Sweet Watermelon. I have to say that all the flavors are very delicious which makes choosing very difficult. For the Grand Opening they are offering a gallon of flavored tea for only $2.99. Highly Recommended!!!

The tea is very good and the coffee is great. But the cups are horrible. Have tried ordering coffee 3 times and every time the cup leaks at the bottom. Today I asked for a double cup so this would not happen and they charged me 50 cents for the extra cup so their first cup would not leak! Ridiculous. Someone please help them with their cups—they haven’t listened to me at this location!

Customer service is the worst out of all locations. I ask questions, and I am spoken to with short answers without details as if I am supposed to know. There is a lack of respect with their “what?” rather than “excuse me?” or “apologies, I didn’t catch that”. I have been to this location about 10 times and it seems to get worse every time and there is never the same person to attend me. They no longer offer the 1/2 off teas during HH. I will continue visiting the HTeaO near my work rather than this location where I know I will be treated like a number rather than a customer. Their barista is horrible too, disgusting watered down lattes, after trying 2 of them like this, never again.

I’m not sure what is happening at this location lately. It used to be such a great place to go but there have been so many changes… no more mix of the month, no more fruits to add to your tea and the happy hour special, I’m one person I don’t want 2 teas. Go back to the half off special.
The last 3 times I’ve been in there have been no sample cups and the front counter and tea counter has been a sticky mess of uncleaned up tea spills. And locking the restroom door so you have to ask to use it?!?!? Seriously?? The friendly service is also a thing of the past.
All in all another very disappointing experience.

Awesome! Delicious Tea and a variety of tea. Unsweet and sweet available. Small-Large sizes. Reasonable prices. I got the medium sweet almond tea. Also, if you go during happy hour it’s half off.
They also have sample cups. Refreshing!
