Well, I stopped in for a quick coffee and snack, to tide me over until I got home, however this place blew me away. I shared a scone with my spouse, and we ordered a sandwich plus one cup of soup. I was unprepared for what we were served. There were two slices of garlic toast with the most delicious cup of broccoli cheese soup. We split this, and when we were served our ‘shrooms and grilled Swiss cheese sandwich oh my gosh. We were full just looking at it. I bake most of our homemade bread, but never have I tasted such delicious bread, undoubtedly it’s all baked in-house. The building is quaint and is uniquely decorated, it’s cozy and inviting. The coffee is robust and really hit the spot, not to mention the luscious scone. The servers met us with smiles that immediately made me feel welcome. The entire coffee and meal was reasonably priced, it was worth every penny.

Great local owned cafe! The iced coffee i got was WAY better than any of the coffee chains and the caramel roll was devine! Added bonus that they offer items made by local artists such as postcards, jewelry, pottery, mugs, greeting cards and more! Prices on the menu are absolutely reasonable, honestly they could probably charge more bc the quality of food is so high! If you are on this end of the range its definitely worth your time to stop in.

Very cool and aesthetic Coffee and Bake shop. The employees were super friendly, and helpful. I ordered a Maple machiato, and my friend a cappuccino, and both were great.
Definitely will stop in whenever I’m close. Aurora is very fortunate to have such a nice Coffee/Bake shop!

I loved this place. It’s eclectic, cool and fun. Something Aurora really needed. Three of us went for lunch today. One of our party was not impressed with his smaller sandwich for the price. I really enjoyed my avocado toast with egg and tomato. Third person enjoyed her roast beef sandwich. We didn’t try the coffee, but will next time. The service was at the counter, but staff were friendly and welcoming. It has wifi.

Every time I’m in town, I stop at The Hive! Great coffee and sandwiches. But today, I was BLOWN away by the vanilla frosted brownies.
All staff members are attentive and nice. The ambience has an eclectic, artsy, and cozy feel. I love the flowers, plants, and support of the community – where local artists are always featured.
Wifi is available to work from the cafe.

The Chipotle Chicken sandwich is so good. Just enough kick. The thick cut bacon was very savory and flavorful. I complimented this meal with a “teamonade.”. I thought I would get an Arnie Palmer, instead they asked which kind of tea III wanted with heir fresh squeezed lemonade. I chose the hibiscus variety and it didn’t disappoint. It’s nice to see that even small towns are catching on to using paper straws too. I can’t wait to try this place again. They had an abundance or choices of grilled cheese sandwiches, wraps, salads, and coffees.

Super cute coffee shop with decent food selection and baked goods in the heart of the Iron Range. Eclectic, funky, colorful decor. All in all a good place to grab a coffee and treat and sit awhile.

Cute vintage bee themed atmosphere. Cozy place, great for kids, with toys, chalk and coloring. The avocado BLT was good, the kids pizza was ok. Friendly staff. Would go again especially with children!

My family and I absolutely love The Hive. The food is amazing and the Italian Ice drinks and coffee selections are so good. They also have a variety of local craftsman selling wares. Everything from jewelry to books, cups.
