Very disappointed in Papa John’s on Union Rd 63125 right now, spent almost $50 here just for 1 of the items to be a total disappointment. DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER THE PAPA BOWLS!!!…. It is certainly not worth $8.49 and The Manager’s excuse was how the company is cutting back on portion size which was clear unfortunately but that was very disappointing to know about the portion size cut back but not the price. I kindly reminded him that I am aware that he is making excuses and its horrible experience and unfairness and to just give me a refund please which he proceeded to inform me how long it will take. Honestly, The paper thin Papa Bowl should have been $3.

Best papa John’s location. I’m so lucky to have the best papa John’s location so close to my house. There pizzas are always on par compared to other locations. All I needed was one pizza for my son and me and a few of the must have cheese dipping sauces. A pizza reviewer online had a papa John’s pizza and it was so sad compared to the one and only union rd papa John’s.

I called to place an order for a school fundraising night. Ten seconds into the conversation I was very rudely informed that if I even wanted to eat there my wait time would be well over an hour. came in as a doordasher and noticed Mike doing amazing at his job! The store was super busy and he made a point to immediately ask every single person who walked in what he could help them with and got people in and out of the store quickly. I’m not a fan of this chain. However I gave it another chance. I used the app to order and called after to ask the pizza be ready at a certain time. I was about 5 minutes lite and the pizza was lukewarm. I like the garlic dip that comes with the pizza because it is what makes the pizza taste better. Overall t a fan but I know people who do like it.

We ordered a pizza online. I checked three times to make sure I set the pickup time for 6:00 p.m. either somehow that got reset to ASAP or I kept reading the number wrong. Either way, the GM reached out to me and offered to take off half the purchase price since the pizza sat for an hour. In my eyes, this goes way above and beyond. They truly care about the customer, and I really love that.
Because of this we will order more pizza here soon and I’m leaving a great review.
