Employees are slow and unmotivated. Guy picked up my sandwich in a bag with tongs and then slammed it on the counter after toasting it. Also got a turkey bacon guac wrap and they didn’t toast the meat nor offered to do so. 1/10

I was there last night around 8:30 p.m. and the girl there was just so rude I almost walked back out. She did not do my order correctly. She put the wrong cheese and got upset and started ripping the pieces off and throwing them in the trash, she started to cut one sandwich in half, when I informed it was supposed to be toasted she stopped slammed a little oven piece out stuck my sandwich on there and then gave attitude that the people next were there before my friend who I was standing in line with and I had a second order to do (one was online) and she refused to do my other order til AFTER the other people. She also complained that someone called out and she had to stay longer. Such horrible horrible customer service.

The worst store I’ve found in all of Florida. I went in to just get some ice in my glass and one of the employees told me I couldn’t do that because they charged for the ice. I imagine they must make the ice with special water from some spring with 99% purity.

This time was amazing. The bread was fresh and really soft. My only complaint is that I feel like the employees need to have a better customer service attitude. Smile, greet, etc… not be so moody. I’m not sorry, but I believe home and work are two different places and should be treated as such. Leave home at home and work at work.

When I come here, the folks don’t seem happy to be here, which is their right, it is a subway and one inside Walmart at that. I’m sure the customers are difficult. Today tho I came and Ciara* ( not sure how to spell it) was a breath of fresh air. Very personable, respectful, smiley and friendly. Give her a raise!

Always loved veggie delite on wheat, no cheese, dressing or seasoning. Took it to go. Wheat bread was stale and hard. Hardly any vegetables. Seriously, it’s veggies, no meat or cheese so their cost is minimal. Service was good and I always tip! Last time at Subway for me and I’ve been a customer since mid 1980’s. . The ads on tv are bogus showing large portions.

I’ve ate here once before and was good. I Ordered off door dash and I asked for provolone, ranch, etc.(with things changed) What comes on a elite chicken bacon ranch sub. I recieved no ranch, very burnt sandwich and American cheese instead of provolone. Instead of calling, or marking no provolone cheese on door dash(they can cause theirs other ingredients marked Out) or putting NO cheese which would be best. They put different cheese on my sub. Couldn’t eat cause allergic to american. I called an got told I could bring it back in with left over 28 minutes they were open. I just wouldn’t make it in time, lady was little snippy. She said she’d let her manager know. Door dash wouldn’t help with refund, or credit or redelivery. I told them they could have sandwich back. Very nasty sub. Sad. Not sure how to upload pictures…
