So my mom and I were headed back from Charlotte and we were craving Chinese food but home was a little ways away so we decided to research a place to go to on the way. We came across this spot and decided to give it a try after reading the reviews which were mixed but there were more pros than cons.
So anywayyyyzzz honey the food was soooo bomb we came back today on our way home from Charlotte again. We couldn’t remember the name of the place so we had to search through our bank statement and pinned locations to find out where we went we just finished eating and the same is true!!! The food was sooooo good. We got the shrimp & broccoli combo and the crab rangoons!!! Delicious! Don’t hesitate to stop by! And the service was excellent!! So kind. Clean bathroom & hot water!!

Spring rolls are frozen type. Fried rice tasted like old rice used. Dumplings were not cooked enough. Didn’t want food ordered. Ugh

Food was DELICIOUS. I’m picky on Chinese food since I grew up in the north. This is the best I’ve found in the area. Been here since 2015. Will definitely be a repeat customer! Thank you for your dedication to such yummy food! Outstanding. 5 stars!

This place used to have some of the best Chinese food. When I went to the location today, I was excited to order my family’s favorite dishes. When I got home and bit into the shrimp egg roll, it tasted like sour cabbage. I then tried the Triple Crown and said surely this is still good. No, the imitation crabmeat was the most not imitation crabmeat taste I have ever had yuck. The food was just not palatable. I called to voice my concerns and was told well it’s imitation crabmeat, that’s what it tastes like as she/manager raised her voice at me. I do not recommend this place to anyone anymore. Poor food quality and customer service.

Everything I’ve ever eaten from China 1 was delicious! Tonight I had the shrimp & mushroom combo. The portion was big enough to have leftovers for tomorrow’s dinner. The brown sauce is so tasty! The mushrooms are big & tender. Hey also has the Singapore Mei Fun (probably the best I’ve ever eaten) and a shrimp egg roll. I highly recommend this spot!

I have ate food from here for years and have never had a bad experience until tonight. I hate to give a low rating but tonight the food was just awful. I did eat some of the chicken but not much because it’s hard as a rock. The rice taste like it has been reheated and raw onions were added to it. Also, the pork fried egg roll is so small it’s pathetic.

I have lived in this area for a year now and I was so happy to find a Chinese restaurant similar to the one I ate at in Charlotte, NC. The food was always good, the service definitely could use improvement. The public is patronizing year restaurant, you could be more polite. This is one reason I stop tipping them. As far as the food is concerned, I ordered my usual Chicken & broccoli in garlic sauce with fried rice. I wish I could give a negative star… the food was horrible. The rice was not fresh and salty. The egg roll was so Greasy, I could have used the oil to fry a pan of chicken. There are better Chinese restaurants in the area and China 1 you just lost a customer. Shape up! You need to get better chefs and your staff needs a friendlier attitude! I will no longer recommend your restaurant.

I ordered curry chicken here many times for over a year , lastnight same thing. It will be thrown in the trash. It’s not even edible. I don’t know who the cook was but please reteach them how to do their job. $15 went to the trash. Bland, NO flavor at all and the veggies were crisp enough to eat but I can’t stomach the flavor to even eat those.
