Service was a little slow but not terrible. They definitely weren’t busy when we were there. My husband did say he would be willing to come again because the food was gowe were there
I sit down and order food and am just not given any utensils, or napkins? Then the waitress disappears for 20 minutes. I ask for ranch on the side instead of in my wrap? The ranch doesn’t even show up at all and when i bring the issue to the attention to my waitress nothing is done. Just the worst service ever.
The best and most attentive service you get here is when they’ve already given you the check and they’re excitedly coming back to check their tip that they didn’t earn in any way.
The atmosphere is the best part, it makes up for the mediocre service. The service is mediocre on account of promptness and attention to detail. As an example, the lady sitting behind me ordered a burger with sweet potato fries. She commented that the fries were stale, and asked for a fresh batch. They brought her out the exact same stale fries–truly excellent service would have been to fire up the fryer for one last small batch of sweet potatoes fries. The lady left without eating either set of fries, and her table remained unbussed for over an hour–I eventually bussed her table, and moved her items to the bar for the staff as last call was occuring. It is those small details that take the service down from excellent and five stars to just mediocre and three stars.
Back to the atmosphere, there is a good collection of regulars (and friendly bartenders) that form a fairly nice community at the establishment. It is a friendly, convivial, and lively spot to watch a sports game.
Prices? Service is terrible! What is going on? You can’t update menus and photocopy new paper order menus for the tables? Is it expensive to photocopy instead of false advertise? This place is going downhill fast. Time for she management!
Outstanding food portions and excellent service.

She did not do anything well after she took our order. After we paid our bill, I asked her if she’s open to feedback on her service and she was defensive.
She did offer us to bring the manger. I didn’t need the manager, I was not looking for financial gain, I simply wanted to know if she was open to how she could improve her service and she made the excuse that she just got sat 2 big tables and therefore she was really busy. It was obvious she was not open to feedback so we just went on our way.
A lady approached us as we were getting up to leave and invited us to spend $10 more and we could camp there. We (party of 5) had been there just around an hour because we had to wait longer for the last meal to come out. When I asked if she was the manager she said no, but continued to converse with us and invited us to come back. We all believe she was indeed the manager.
Being a business owner, I found this behavior sad and hope the owners of this restaurant will figure out how to do better training with their staff. Tonya needs to understand tip is earned and hers suffered greatly tonight because of her service then reaction to constructive criticism.
One would expect a $20 burger (including $2.50 upcharge to substitute tots for chips) would be served fresh and cooked to order. Instead, the burger arrived well-done, despite being ordered medium‑rare (or “pink” as they say on the menu). It was dry, overcooked and much smaller than I remember. The tots are served in a generous portion, but mine were served at room temperature, as though they’d been sitting out for quite some time. To make matters worse, a friend in our group received his entree long after everyone else finished eating.
Between the slow service, subpar food quality, and inflated prices, the entire experience was a bust.
I will be back, and I understand some days are tough. But the restaurant was not full, and i think in counted 3 servers. I will also add, our server was very nice! Potentially had too many tables for a Friday night.
